Hello there everyone! Aye,I'm new :)|
I'm vegan, and basically live on carrots and broccoli. I have one meal consisting of a little of both at about 4pm every day, and that's all I eat. But I just cannot seem to lose weight.
I exercise and everything!
I'm guessing not enough hehe.
I don't drink an awful lot of water, so I'm wondering, could the lack of it be the cause of my difficulty?
