I am amused simply because my room mates are praising this game as it's their favorite game at the moment and were just waiting for Yahtzee to praise it all like a game he would actually enjoy. XD
Just goes to show you, you can't always take a critic/reviewers response to heart. :) Thinking for yourself is actually healthy now and then. |

hai guys~.
i liked the webcomic review so much, i made icons of it! :D -glee!-

(this is a totally fake cut.)
so there are 21 zp icons there, along with a garbage truck-load of wallpapers from various other things. (i actually just created my little graphics community three days ago, so i'm still getting into the swing of things. i plan on making tons more zp icons. the next batch i'm planning to be from the silent hill: origins and pain killer reviews. the pain killer one's my favorite specifically for the 'SHURIKENS AND LIGHTNING' part, aha.)
as for some actual discussion... does any one else think mr. croshaw's portrayal of retards is cute? every time i see one of them, i just go, "awww." -shrug-
annnnd (i swear this is the last thing i'll bring up) i'm sure most of us are familiar with yahtzee's homemade games. well, i remembered how a couple months back someone decided to do a review of the latest of these games (art of theft) in a parody of mr. croshaw's style. well... here it is~.

Yahtzee reviews Legos.... Oh lordy...
Oh yeah, and am I the only one that thinks the flashy heavy metal music theme/opening was a bit too much..? I mean I can understand if he doesn't want to use copyright music anymore, but come on now, no need for dramatic intros IMO But I guess it helps keeps it 'modern' and 'hip'. |
