Welcome everybody to Yaoi Shares community!

This community is to help people find BL drama CD, anime, scanlations, raws, or just scans and manga on the net. Scanlations are fan translated manga which you can download for free and read from your computer. Be sure to check TAG page to get the current list of shared stuffs.

Because of the nature of the scanlations, you MUST BE at least 18 to join (and make sure you know what is yaoi). If you would like to join, please read the Rules, and don't forget to click the "join community" link at the top of the community info page.

Yaoi Shares Community's Rules

Follow the necessary posting and subject line formats.
Post, share anything related to BL manga works only (shounen-ai / yaoi). Accepted topics: BL drama CD, anime, scanlations, raws, scans. Unrelated posts will be deleted without prior notice.
Before requesting/sharing a manga/anime, check if it had been shared before and if the links still work. Use the TAG page to see.
NO FAKE CUT. You must post all content directly to the community. You may not link to a personal lj or another community. If you make a post which links to your content in a personal LJ or in another community, your post will be deleted.
Every member is allowed to make one post per day.

POSTING GUIDELINES and FORMAT
1. Posting:

- Don't create the Request posts, Request by replying to the REQUESTING CENTER.
- Don't create the Questions or Discussions posts. Off topics post are only allow during major holidays (ex: Christmas, New Year, Valentine,..) and Mangaka's birthdays. Unrelated posts will be deleted without prior notice.
- News posts are welcome as long as your information was confirmed & pertain to BL Manga/Anime or Mangaka.

2. Requests:

- Don't create the Request posts, Request by replying to the REQUESTING CENTER.
- Before request any manga/anime, please check the tag list. Make sure your request is not there before actually posting a new reply. You can also use SEARCH ENGINE in the backup blog.

*** Note: for people who want to help others with requests, please create separate sharing posts and reply the requests with the link to these post.

3. Sharing:

- Before sharing any manga/anime, please check the tag index page in case it had been uploaded by another person before and if those links are still working.
- Remember to add tags.
- You may use one preview image (max: 350x350) for your post. All other images must go under an ljcut. (If you don't know what it is, check HERE)
- Please put this in the SUBJECT of your post (don't use Japanese like BLコミック...):
- For manga, please put the language (if it's not in English) in the subject line,

[Raw / Jpn / Chi / Kor, etc.] - TITLE by AUTHOR
- For non-manga, please put the type of material in brackets, e.g.

[Anime / Drama CD / Doujinshi / Magazine] - TITLE by AUTHOR
- For questions, please put [Question] in the subject line, a.k.a.
[Question] - Searching for the manga

- Please only comment in question threads if you think you know the answer.
- All members are limited to only 1 question per week in order not to avoid bombarding the community with questions.

*** Important ***
To prevent our tag list from turning into a mess, please add tags with the following rules:
@ anime (add * english or * raw if that's what you're sharing)
@ doujinshi (add * english or * raw / * japanese / * chinese / * korean if that's what you're sharing)
@ magazine (add * raw / * japanese / * chinese / * korean if that's what you're sharing)
@ oneshot (add * english or * raw / * japanese / * chinese / * korean if that's what you're sharing)
@ others for calendars, artbooks, novels, drama cds, etc.
for mangaka's name, use a: mangaka
for questions, put ! question

Mangaka's name tags only. Use baka-updates or jpqueen to search for mangaka's name if you only have manga's title. Use a: unknown tag if you do not know who the mangaka is.
No manga's title tag.
* raw tag is for all kinds of languages with the exception of Japanese, Chinese & Korean
(please check mangaka name to make sure you won't create 2, 3 tags for 1 author. Ex: takakura rou - takakura row - row takakura ^^")
