Oh, today I also finally saw The Dark Knight. It was amazing and awesome but it was also much longer than I thought it was. It felt like LOTR-length. I don't mind, long movies are alright as long as they're cool like this one. :DDD

I loved the Joker, Heath Ledger did a good job. <3 Harvey Dent and Gordon were pretty cool too. Everyone was!

Now I'm gonna have to ignore all of the fangirls who post "Why so serious?" crap all over their Gaia account and other places. Those trend followers are annoying. What happened to your Sweeney Todd huh? :P

Apparently, when one fandom ends, I just /need/ to go find another one to tide me over.

All the 10 winners of the Comic Con art contest not only got to meet Kubo, get an autograph, but they also get to take a photo with the man himself.

WTF is that shit.

GRR. And where's Bleach on Adult Swim? I thought it normally showed.

I hear that the burger joint is the next big thing here in D.C., and they're apparently popping up everywhere. Though from the sound of things, the cupcake craze hasn't let up yet either, with at least two more new cupcake shops slated to open in the area sometime soon.

The newest burger place in town is out on Capitol Hill, and it's owned by Spike of Top Chef Season 4 fame. It's true he was a bit of tool on the show, but I actually enjoyed watching him. Some friends and I went out this week to check out his place ("Good Stuff Eatery"), which specializes in burgers, fries and shakes. Mmmm!

I had the Farmhouse cheeseburger, Spike's Village Fries (with thyme, rosemary and black pepper) and Very Berry hand spun shake. We all agreed that the burger was better than Five Guys' burgers (one of the famous D.C. area burger joints), but that it was relatively small for the price. The fries had a little too much seasoning, though that's something that can easily be fixed. There was a great "sauce station" that had interesting dipping sauces like mango mayo and my favorite - Old Bay mayo. The star of the night was definitely the hand spun shake though - which was worth every bit of the $5.25 I paid for. *__*

Spike the man himself was in the house, flipping burgers and sporting a pair of neon orange Uggs and his characteristic brimmed hat. I snapped a picture on my phone. XD;;

For those of you in my area, don't forget that this coming week is Bethesda Restaurant Week! I'll be checking out Grapeseed on Saturday, which I hear is absolutely amazing. Can't wait!

AUGUST 22 THROUGH 28, I will be in PENNSYLVANIA AND ATLANTIC CITY (FOR TWO DAYS). I will bring my laptop regardless and I should have internet since I'll be at my parents house during this duration. I'll even bring it with me to Atlantic City to see if I can get any kind of signal, I most likely won't. I will keep all of you informed of this trip and keep putting reminders that I won't be here during those days.

Today was kind of dumb, I didn't get my extensions dyed like I planned...But let's start with last night.

Jamie and I got into another fight like we do, which kind of sucks but whatever.I think I called him a bunch of times haha... Oops. And he went to sleep around 2:00 AM. I had promised myself that I was going to follow him to sleep, but then I got caught up in some voice acting work and I completely forgot about going to sleep. Ech, I tried out for three chicks from some anime I had never heard of before [and actually got pretty good critique on them... ] They were like two lines each, then I had to fool around with winRAR to make the zip files the correct type. I also auditioned for Sora from Kingdom Hearts and Kairi as well. I haven't gotten a critique yet on those three... Mn, I was scouted for a role as an extra schoolgirl and schoolboy on some random Hitman Reborn fandub, which was cool. I only had to record two lines and didn't have to audition or anything. I really like this voice acting work. It's nice because I have such a broad range from girls, and women to teenage boys and little boys. Plus I take voice classes [singing, but it helps me project] every week... Yeah, so, I've been practicing my Sansa and Loras voices like mad, so that when the time comes for my ASOIAF radio play, I can make a nice audition for both and have SOMEONE ELSE listen to it and tell me what I need to correct and whether or not I should play those characters. There are going to be SO MANY CHARACTERS that I need to cast, haha. I'm going to scout Koivo for my Renly. He is so fucking cute. And his accent would actually be perfect for Renly. I'm sure a little tiny Aussie gay accent wouldn't TAKE AWAY from Renly's characters haha.

I still want to make an ASOIAF roleplay community, or join one. But I want to do it with the character's from the books, rather than creating my own [for once] and there is already one roleplay community open but it is strictly for original characters. Blah. I don't have time to create one alone. Someone should help me. Or do it for me, and then I'll just...take over. Haha. That's right.

My stomach hurts ;; I haven't eaten much today but I did have a chocolate banana vivano from Starbucks. I recommend them XD. Get it without espresso though... Mew.

So I have a questions:
Who wants to do a loveless fandub with me? I don't want to start a whole project out of it. I'm just doing the first 8 minutes of episode eight. I think

circuscircut agreed that he'd be my Soubi, but I need to ask again. I've claimed to voice Ritsuka because I am AMAZING AT HIM. Ahah... Mmn. I need Sakagami, Kio, Youji and Natsuo. I'm sure a girl could play Natsuo, easily. Sakagami is a girl too. So yeah. I'll play all the extra parts... I just want to do this to finish something real quick. I guess I'd also need his therapist if I don't play her.
