2. To vote on people, all you need to do is submit an application. Easy as that. ♥
3. If you don't like the character you're chosen to be, either be okay with it or ask for one more re-stamp. XD But that isn't advised. It's ONE more re-stamp, ok? :D
4. If you're doing a re-stamp, please wait a MONTH after your first stamp to post a new application form.
5. Put "Heart of the Cards, show me some love!" in the subject line so I know you read the rules. XD Ah, the dub.
6. Fill out the WHOLE application form. Also state your age. It's not that big of a deal. Best if you're 13 or older because of COPPA, etc. So yeah, if you aren't 13 yet... wait until you are. x_X
1. Don't insult someone or bash a character/pairing/whatever. That's not cool :\
2. Try to give a reason why, but you don't have to.
3. BOLD your choices. It'll be easier for a moderator to know who you voted for if you did.
4. You have about 10 votes total, or about 5 votes for a particular character until your form goes through.
