Basic:
- Join the community in order to apply and rate other people.
- Don't say homophobic, racist or sexist things. No one wants to read that.
- You can whore your anime related or rating communities, and communities that you think the members would be interested in.
- RATE OTHER PEOPLE IF YOU EXPECT TO BE RATED. That is precisely how this community works. You do NOT have to be stamped to vote.
- You should be thirteen or older to apply.
Voting:
- Don't flame. Have common courtesy.
- Try not to vote someone as a character just because five other people did.
- Bold your votes. If you don't know how, ask when you are voting. I'll still count the unbolded vote, just start bolding them after you learn how to.
- It's not mandatory, but please try to give a reason as to why you are rating someone as a character.
- You can rate someone as three characters or under, but only once.
Applying:
- Don't push to get a stamp of your favourite character. Be honest.
- When you are stamped, keep voting on other people, please, or you will be growled at.
- You can reapply once.
- You don't have to post a picture. You can if you want to, though. There isn't a size limit.
- You will get your stamp after seven people have voted, or after one week. If you are not stamped after one week, or after you get more than seven votes contact a mod.
- Upload your banner to your own server.
- You must put "osuwari" in the subject line so that we can be assured that you have indeed read the rules.
- Put your application into a LJ cut.
