A change has been made to our community rules, specifically, an age limit rule. Since LJ is cracking down on "adult-themed" communities these days, all new/pending members need to have their birthdate - complete with year - listed in their profiles.

You can also say something in the body of your userinfo like, "I'm [name] and I'm nineteen years old," or some variant; as long as we can see your age in your profile, we can add you right away!

If you're under eighteen and not already a member of the community, I'm sorry, but we won't be able to add you if you don't have a year listed in your profile at all. Covering our behinds, so to speak. ^^6

I apologize in advance.. if you haven't already gone back and f-locked your smut-tastic posts, I am going to be commenting on threads in order to ask that you either f-lock or delete them. I know that this is annoying to you.. however it's annoying to me to have to go back three years. But I don't want to see LJ get their hands into anything that could be f-locked and the annoyance is a small price to pay I think. So please bear with me.

And I won't be deleting anything that is tame like community pimping and the whatnot... or even requests for ficcage. Just the stuff with obvious NC-17 stuff. I just randomly stumbled onto my own community and saw of course that some asshat had posted Harry Potter spoilers, of course it was too late and they were allowed to just linger on the community for a while.. but next time if something like a troll occurs.. please please contact me and tell me at my regular LJ so that I can take actions immediately to delete the off topic post.(and a damn inconsiderate one it was too)

Also anyone want to step up and act as a co-mod and help me friend's lock the entire community. It's going to go to Moderated Membership really quickly.. but I'm going to need help with friend's locking it.. so I am currently seeking a very active and ambitious co-mod. Apply at this post!
