1. We love hearing how excited people are about this project! But please, to keep the community from overflowing with messages, post good wishes and enthusiasm in the Welcome Post.
2. Please make sure that there isn’t already a post on the topic you want to discuss before adding a new entry to the community.

kitmf at kitmf@livejournal.com with your name, LJ username (if you have one), email, and a short description of relevant past experience or skills. She will add you to our volunteers list, and someone will contact you about helping out.

When is the con going to be?!
We don’t know yet. We’re narrowing down dates and doing our best to avoid conflicts with other cons. It also depends on the availability of hotel space. We’ll let you know as soon as we do!
Where is it going to be?
We’re also not sure of this--but we’re working on it! Somewhere in New York--most likely upstate--is our best guess at this point, since both Tammy and Julie live there.
Who is going to attend? Is X author going to come?
Unfortunately, until we know when and where the con is going to be, we won’t be able to say for sure who is able to come and who can’t.
Can I do anything to help?
We need all the help we can get! See the guidelines for how to volunteer. Once we have a way for people to donate money, that link will go here as well.
