xmen_dous. This livejournal community is a weekly icon challenge which feature any X-Men related character in a duo, but the duo won't always be a couple.

Challenges/Timeline
- The challenges by be theme (or color), a cap, a featured duo, or anything really.
- The challenges will try to be posted on Tuesday and you will have until Tuesday night to enter.
- The voting will take place from Tuesday midnight until Thursday night.
- The winners will be posted Thursday nightsometimes with banners.

Rules
- Up to three entries per person.
- A ship goes as long as it features someone from X-Men. I'll be lenient on what is considered X-Men, since any Marvel character will go.
- Animation is allowed unless otherwise stated.
- All entries must follow the livejournal usericons standards (under 40k, no larger than 100pixels x 100 pixels, and file format must be .jgn, .gif, or .jpf).
- You must join in order to be able to participate in the contests.
- All the icons must remain anonymous until the winners are posted which means no posting it elsewhere (which does include submitting it to another icon challenge) and no using it as your personal icon and do not use LJ scrapbook as your host.
- Vote for the icon and not the ship. the icons are being judged, not the ships so please remember that.
- All icons must be made FOR the challenges. You may not use a pre-made icon, or anyone's base. All icons must be made BY YOU.
- The first place winner of a challenge is asked to pick the duo (and/or theme) for the challenge after the next. The mod will still be responsible for finding images. (Example: First place winner of challenge #8888 will pick the duo/theme for challenge #8890.) The person may not sumbit icons for the duo/theme that they chose! This will prevent the winners to be the same each challenge.

- post both the IMG SRC and URL.
