We work hard to provide this service, free of charge to you, the user. Please don't steal our layouts or pass them off as your own. That just isn't cool. 03. CREDIT US! If you take a layout, there are banners you can use to post in your userinfo. It's not that hard, guys. 04. MODIFICATION is NOT ALLOWED. Unless you ask for the layout makers permission. Odds are we won't mind, but just in case - just ask. 05. FAQ. Check the frequently asked questions before asking a question.
