AboutThis community is designed specifically for current members of Weight Watchers only. The purpose of the group is to provide support and motivation and to share knowledge. By joining this group, you agree that you are a current paying member of Weight Watchers and that you CURRENTLY go to WW meetings, subscribe to Weight Watchers Online, use the AtHome Program OR are a Lifetime Member!
You also confirm that you have read the information given to you by WW and have a basic understanding of the program. You should know basics such as how many glasses of water or the number of fruit servings recommended each day. By having only active and official WW members, we can keep the signal to noise ratio to a reasonable level.
This community is designed simply to support the WW Veterans who are active in their program and not to take the place of any other community for WWers in LJ-land. We were all new once and helping out newbies is great for them and for us! This community is just a different and additional community for WW support - by and for those who know and follow the current WW program.
Please make posts in the LJ default size and font color! Other sizes and colors of fonts are hard to read. Thanks :)
