AboutIt happens every season. Usually with Metamorphose. Sometimes with Baby the Stars Shine Bright. Often with Angelic Pretty. There's that one thing. That thing that makes you question how much glue the designers sniffed before setting out to create it. The thing that makes you ask the lolita gods what sin you have committed to bring this monstrosity into the world. Hats in the shape of cakes. Prison jumpsuits. Cat ear headdresses. This is the place to discuss it.
Rules:
1. Posts are to be on topic. That means it must include a) lolita and b) lolita brands.
2. This is mostly intended to be a light-hearted poking of fun at the brands we make ourselves broke over. That means that we're not here to debate the merits of brand-whoring, or to rant about why one brand is better than another, or why seamstresses are more loli than the rest of us. It's a silly fashion. Let's embrace the silliness of it.
3. Mock brands, their items, their coordinates, and their ads to your heart's content, but I don't want to see any "real" people here. No personal photos (unless they're of yourself or a specific item), no handmade items. Also, no non-lolita brands. Or western brands that think they're lolita but obviously aren't. We all know the difference.
4. If you post a photo of more than 400x400 pixels, or more than one photo, it must be placed under a cut. Same thing goes for long URLs, or anything else that will murder a Friends page. If you do not know what a cut is, please learn.
5. Do not hotlink, especially from brand sites. They have very little bandwidth, and so hotlinking drains this bandwidth and causes the sites to crash every month. If you do not know what hotlinking is, please learn what it is and why it is bad.
6. Macros and Photoshopped images are allowed if they are on topic.
7. No sales posts. No introductions. We don't care who you are.
