This is a RATED community; please read the rules!

Here, at

writing_whores, we want to provide a place to improve and expand upon writers' abilities, styles and inspiration through exercises and themes. Members are welcome to initiate themes and writing exercises. Mods will be posting them on a regular basis.

In order for writers to improve their work, constructive criticism must be given accordingly; please be prepared to swallow your pride. If you feel unable to handle this or actively participate, do not waste your time by applying.

Accepted members can post and discuss other authors' work, but credit must be given. Any plagiarism will result in an automatic banning.

All types of writing are encouraged but we do ask that graphic porn [romance is okay] be kept out of the community, because we allow underaged LJ users to become members. There are plenty of communities for this sort of thing, join them if that is your interest. There will be no tolerance of graphic porn, so please ask one of the mods BEFORE posting if you have questions.

Please put longer posts under an LJ cut for happier friends' pages. Thank you!

If accepted, you will be expected to vote on applications. Be selective, remember, we get to pick our members.
