This is how you play:
1. Each new member submits an introduction piece (under an LJ cut) with the word "New Poster" somewhere in the subject. They should also include the following information:
Name:
Age:
How long have you been writing?
Have you ever been published?
What is your favorite genre to write?
Who is your favorite author?
Anything else you feel that you can contribute to the community (challenge ideas, graphics, mod duties if needed, etc?
Remember to critique at least three other pieces when you join. It's common courtesy to critique others when you want to be critiqued.
Challenges!
New challenges last for a week. After the challenge is a week-long voting period, followed by a new challenge, so on and so forth. The challenges must include the following header:
Challenge Name:
Title:
Rating:
Word Count (optional):
Author's Notes (optional):
They must also be tagged with the author's name and challenge title.
Winners will be announced after the voting period is over.
Voters should comment on the challenge pieces with constructive feedback. A score from 1-100 is useful, but not required.
All pieces should be put under a cut.
And please! Be nice. No flaming, personal attacks, etc.
