Apparently Xion's hair is black, and it looks like Kairi's.

Except parted on the opposite side.

Kairi's hair is parted on the left.

Aqua's hair is parted on the right.

As to her connections with Namine, Aqua DOES look like Kairi. Which means that possibly, Aqua is connected to Kairi somewhat like (but not NEARLY as strongly as) Ven is connected to Sora.

Interestingly, the only one who seems to not share similarities in appearance at all is Terra with Riku. Terra still looks most like Dinkynort / Xemnas...
