Wow_Ladies: Girl Gamers of World of Warcraft

So tonight on Feathermoon US, an NPC started yelling "Our victory in Sun's Reach is absolute! The naaru bless us with their presence!" on Quel'Danas and a Naaru named K'iru spawned on the second floor of the inn, and now everyone in the zone has a hella nice buff (whether they were there when the Naaru spawned or not). Aside from that page and "Once all objectives on the Isle of Quel'Danas have been completed, K'iru spawns on the second floor of the inn at Sun's Reach Harbor," Wowhead doesn't have much further information.

Anyone know what the deal is?

If you are happily killing stuff for your dailies, and somebody asks if you want to group, consider before you say no. They may be prot or heal specced and are asking because they need the help, not because they think you need it.

/sad sigh. So much easier to kill things as a kitty than a healy shaman.

Anyone else notice, that if you stand in the inn at Quel'Danas long enough, you'll hear "Lament of the Highborne"? I caught it today on my alliance, and remembered it from my little abandoned belf's quests.

SSC was cancelled, so, what else was there to do but go run Magisters' Terrace?

Oh, and die, repeatedly. I was with folks with whom i've run Karazhan, and we wiped continually on trash pulls. And *then* learned that there's no one to do repairs on Quel'Danas until that's unlocked.

My first impression? This is not just a new Steamvaults or Shattered Halls. Normal mode seems to me to have almost heroic difficulty. The mobs laugh at CC and aggro management, and hit hard. A number of people i know were insisting in a huff that they wouldn't be back (eh, i think they'll be back) but between the lag in the staging area, and broken mods, and low framerates (i was down to 2 fps at one point in the instance) i think there was a general current of frustration.
