Guild Alliances
Morning Ladies,

Is there any formal in-game mechanism for forming Guild alliances? Or is it just a matter of "We like you, we're gonna raid with you a bunch?"

In-game? Short of disbanding both guilds and forming a new one, no. Most guilds that want to stay seperate but maybe raid or whatever else together throw up a new website/forumboard, or allow access to each others already existing ones.

Exactly. You can decide on an ingame channel you use to chat together. Just type /join Ourgloriousalliance (or who knows what) and you can talk across guilds. (and I'm sure you knew that...)

Make a new messageboard and we formed an aggregate chat channel :D That's about all you can do. No in-game stuff, really.

Though, some don't even go as far as the new message board, if it's only two guilds allying.
