Holy Priest PvP
Once again I find myself here looking for some advice...
I'm starting to get a little bored with my priest since I haven't had time lately to raid thanks to school, work and life in general so I've decided to give PvP a shot. I flew around last night night picking up the pieces for the beginner's PvP set and got everything enchanted/gemmed without spending too much (since I hear that I'll replace this set quickly). Then I went into EotS (it popped up first!) and pretty much followed around the biggest groups healing when I could, psychic screaming when I got attacked and trying to keep my bubble up. I died a lot, but I'm used to that, but I also managed to top the healing meter in one BG and came in second (behind a horde) in another. Now, it's totally possible that that has nothing to do with me and everything to do with other people's lack of healing... but who knows.
I guess I'm just looking for some general suggestions for someone that's a huge noob at PvP. Gear? Stats to look for? Spells and tricks to remember? Anything....
Oh, armory is here! Thanks in advance for any advice you can offer...

*Edited to add: I think I could've been a little clearer... I want to stay spec'd holy since I'll be raiding again soon. PvP is more of a side-venture than one I want to completely build my spec around. Thanks for all the tips so far though-- very, very useful!
