[A-PVE US]5/5 MH 8/9 BT Recruiting!
Relic, a guild on Doomhammer US (PVE), is in need of two healers to add to our current healing team! Preferably, we are seeking 1 Restoration Shaman and 1 other healy sort, and the class is flexible on the second. Our raid calender is currently M-F, 6:30pmMST-10:30pmMST. Don't be scared of the 5 night raiding schedule, this is a unique recruitment push on behalf of Relic. This is an app opportunity for those that would like to see end game content but cannot raid with our full schedule. All apps with be considered.

We are a fairly large guild with our main focus on raiding. We also do alt runs (just this week was an all guild Zul'Furakk!), lots of PVP, heroics etc. If you are considering applying to the guild you should be aware of the following:

1. Your gear has to be T5 quality epics or better. Don't be scared if you're in Kara gear, I applied with lots of Kara epics. ;)
1b. Having the title Hand of A'dal is preferable, but not a requirement. I joined after 2.4 and never saw Kael'thas die..
2. Your gear must be fully enchanted and socketed so that it is the best you can possibly make it for now.
3. You have a means of getting flasks, either by farming or purchasing.
4. We bring in the appropriate make-up for each boss encounter, so you must be ok with being swapped out for a fight if the team needs it.
6. We raid 5 days a week until Illidan dies (2% wipe last night!) and require roughly 75% attendance. Kara is ran on your own time either with the guild or other friends.
7. We would like you to be 18 years of age or older. We have made some exceptions but they are very few. The average age of the guild is 28, we are rowdy and tend to cuss like sailors.
8. You must be able to take constructive criticism, and be able to vocally work on new strats with us.
9. We are very laid back, with most of us being friends for a long time; that being said we do not have vent rules and vent is definitely not PG rated. If you are easily offended by jokes, language, teasing, or porn - Relic is definitely not the right place for you.

It isn't burnout per se, but its finals/summer vacation/life time and we're realizing that a streamlined healing team is bad news bears when one of us is sick/has RL commitments/etc. :)

I call shenanigans on your /cry over your gear! You've got plenty of plus healing (and raid buffed you could actually stand to swap some of that uber +heal for +spirit for leet kings regen action). The guild mistress and I are both CoH, and I know we were really hurting on Illidan last week when one of us was out sick and we needed a second CoH priest for phase 2.

Are you capable of reaching 10k+ HP? Your health unbuffed is actually higher than mine in PVE gear (lewl!), so if you have any PVP pieces that would rule. Even if you don't, PVE token for PVP gear is up and we're always in Kara every weekend.

I don't know what time Jenabel will be home tonight, but if you're really interested, I would totally post up an app. Your gear is on par, and anything that needs fixing can be fixed very readily. Once its posted, you can probably shoot Jenabel a tell (she's a very busy lady, sometimes) or come harass me on Ithaca.

Something I forgot to mention: We run loot council with no DKP, so class officers decide where the upgrades go. As a priest, you'll get to be special and without a class leader, since the GM is a priest. We usually don't deal with the loot council at all, but often just decide amongst ourselves who needs the items the most and avoid squabbles altogether. :)

I totally understand and just a little fill in here or there would be just right for me (especially if I know before hand I can always make plans to get out and hopefully enjoy the summer).

I totally /cry over my gear. After determining that there was no way I was ever going to get t5 wings I threw it all to the wind and got the belt of the long road crafted and bought 2 hearts of darkness and got the badge chest. No more PMC for me!

I do have a few pvp items (the neck, the bracers, the boots) 10K buffed yes. Unbuffed would be very tough. I just blew my 30K honor on the trinket or I'd have plenty to get more pieces. (I've got the 2 minute trinket too of course.)

I'll roll a baby on your server and check on ah and all that good stuff and give you a shout tonight and work on my app.

Loot council sounds lovely to me.

Oh, I don't reach 10k unbuffed either. ;) The first boss in BT AOEs for 8k on the WHOLE raid (its a CoH party!) so you just need to be able to have a little bit of HP leftover so the boss doesn't sneeze and you turn into an angel. :) 2 minute trinket FTW, we only really use that on Archi.

Our AH is a tad tad inflated on some markets (primals lol!), but it isn't too bad. But really, PVP pieces are no problem, just a few Karas for gloves/helm tokens for Season 1 + our weekly Mags/Gruuls for shoulder/chest/legs tokens. They usually rot.

Ok good! I was worried 10K unbuffed would be a real challenge. I'm guessing with just the stam/spi food/fort I'd crack 10 with my pvp gear. I also love to abuse binding heal in cases like that. I know my smash buttons.

I haven't managed a shot at t4 tokens for offset (wtfarm please!) let alone pvp we'd always have alts or new people in who needed them so I haven't picked them up for pvp yet. (I have the S1 chest though. I think I have a lot of pvp gear...chest, boots, bracers, neck, ring...huh... I must pvp a lot. Go figure.)

	Awesome! :) Our warlock class lead already brought you up in gchat, he thinks your gear is solid, so I'm excited! 	I also forgot to mention that we're a weird PVE guild and we raid all PVE dungeons PVP flagged. You don't have to PVP, or stand outside flagged, it is only mandatory while in a raiding instance. It got old with half the raid showing up flagged and buffs missing all over the place, so now we all just do it to save reagents. ;) (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Hmm...I'm not on the market right now but that may change a lot this week depending on how guild drama sorts itself out (we absorbed another guild basically 20ish people, they are making a power play and I'm letting things unfold before deciding to leave or not).

I've done 5/6, 3/4 as a resto shaman. I'm currently specced ele for fun and stress relief or I'd link my armory but unbuffed I'm around 1800 +heal, 9kish mana (I think) with a smidgen of haste. I'm used to being in the melee group so I know how to raid heal while maintaining windfury uptime, coordinating my heroism and not dying from the fire.

Would I be a viable candidate?

	The stats sound fine as far as healing goes, I came in with under 1800 healing. Our motto is: We can fix gear, we can't fix stupid. So a little off on gear isn't usually a problem as we're always running things to help fix those kinds of problems. Do you have a stamina/pvp set for Naj'entus/Bloodboil/extra HP fights? :) (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

I don't have a dedicated hit point set, however thats probably pretty easily fixable by picking up some pvp healing gear. I'm currently banking honor to round out my ele set out of boredom, if I had a real reason to instead go back to working on my healing gear I could easily hit whatever goals are set.

In my healing gear I'm around 9k hp as I recall...I think I'll respec and log out in my healing gear tonight and post an armory link.

Do you guys do SSC/Tk at all? I've wiped on Vashj and Kael and would really like to kill them for personal reasons as well as the Hyjal rep rings. I need to quickly do A'tamal Terrace and then I'm ready for the dude who spawns after FLK dies, and I can pop out to CoT to pickup the vials quest anytime.

I've also got 95 badges banked, so again considering that I'm contemplating a move as a healer I'll hold off on my ele pants and instead keep banking with the intention of upgrading my Shard to the 150 badge mace.

	We do SSC on weekends, but its sporadic and not an every weekend kind of thing. 9k HP is great, we suggest 10k+ for Naj'entus, so it sounds like you'd be fine in that department. You'll probably also want a 2 minute pvp trinket for Archimonde just in case he fears you like a douche into the fire, which he is fond of doing. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	I'm no help w/ the recruitment itself, seeing as I play a 70 prot warrior on Doomhammer (tanking Kara is as far as I've been w/ my guild). I just wanted to say howdy to a fellow server-chick :).
