We are the Blood Sisters, a Horde-based guild on World of Warcraft's Moon Guard server. We do not have play-time requirements, instance requirements or require you to level or play in any specific way. The only thing we require is a mutual respect for your guildmates and the ability to participate as part of a team.

Blood Sisters also promote tolerance. As a guild we do not discriminate based on character or player -- we accept female players from all walks of life with any class or race of character you desire. In short, we're a group of friends looking to have fun playing a game. After all, what's the point if it's not fun?

rules

1. This guild is for women only. Your character can be male or female, so long as the player themselves is a female.
2. Guild chat will not be RP-related, it will be OOC. If desired, RP-related chat can be found in the channel "BloodSistersRP."
3. We also require that all members be 18+.
4. In order to verify that all members are female and over the age of eighteen, you must have a LiveJournal at least one month old with your age and gender clearly displayed. All applicants unable to meet this qualification will unfortunately not be allowed to join.

how to join

Create a Horde-based character on Moon Guard.
Join the chat channel "bloodsisters" by typing /join bloodsisters in the chat box. If an officer is available, they will ask you for your LiveJournal name. After your age and gender have been established, you will be admitted to the guild as a Younger Sister.
After four weeks of successful membership, you will be promoted to the class of Sister.

If at the time you join the chat channel no officers are online, please send them an in-game mail message. They will get back to you as soon as they next log in!

guild ranks

Here's a brief description of the different ranks in Blood Sisters and what each rank means.

Guild Mother:

zully/Hush in game. The moderator and owner of the guild.
High Priestess:

magicalbrains/Tart. These sisters as well as the Guild Mother have the ability to admit applicants under the Younger Sister status and are officers of the guild.
Elder Sister: Elder members of the guild, all level 20 or higher. They have shown exceptional dedication to the guild and a willingness to help out fellow guild members that goes above and beyond those of an ordinary level. Consequently, they get first priority in the bank and when it comes to creating groups in instance runs. Any inquiries may be given to anyone of this classification or higher. New members are encouraged to ask them for help when needed.
Sister: Sisters who have successful passed the trial phase and have been given full membership status.
Younger Sister: Sisters who have recently joined the guild and have been a member for less than 4 weeks. If after four weeks both the guild and member think Blood Sisters is a good fit for them, they are promoted to Sister status.
