I've been watching the situation in Nigeria, since it's a big oil-producing nation and because it has national elections going down this weekend (within the range of effect of April 30). So far, things have been SO chaotic there I can't imagine that Nico could predict any sort of outcome. But the latest development makes it seem more possible that hidden forces are at work?
