(FIXED) Grisoft AVG false-positive
This issue is now resolved and can be fixed by updating your AVG

Users of Grisoft AVG, upon updating AVG today are being told they're infected with "Trojan horse Generic5.JMY" in the ...World of Warcraft\fmod.dll when they load WoW.

This is a false positive that should be fixed by an update later today.

"At this point, the only solution found to work is to disable AVG's resident shield, but this will leave you unprotected when connected to Warcraft" (though, the bottom of the article lists a possible work-around for Vista users).

I guess I should have checked a bit before I just got frustrated and un-installed WoW from my desktop.
Not too big a deal since I've still got a copy on my laptop, but still time intensive to reload.

Drag and drop and forget about it.

That's the way I've installed it on my computers minus the first time I installed it.

Hehe, I got false positive'd. I was all "Nooooooooo delete file" and then warcraft was all "You noob." So I repaired, updated my AVG and all was well with the cosmos.
