vista issues and something funny..
ok so my roomie installed wow, and everything went fine. She's running Vista on a Dell something- brand spanking new dell though.

when she plays it the screen flickers and goes black for three seconds every 15 seconds.

anyone know what's going on and what can be done to fix it??

and for something funny. My draenei noob hunter HATES water.

yeah. Aermiikielle HATES water. XD thought that was funny. she also doesn't have to be all the way in the water either- she's fine until I submerge her up to the shoulders- she can be in it up to her waist, and she fine. Get her in up to the shoulders, and she's all- DO NOT WANT.

Upgrade your video drivers. It's a common issue with nVidia cards in Vista.

Head to the official WoW support forum and click on the vista FAQS, the question is answered right there.

my fiance's male draenei grows a mustache every time he dances. :P
and yeah, i hate that frowny face- I complained about it all the time cuz my little mage turned eeeeevil every time she casted a spell. :(

A friend had a similar issue, updating the video and audio drivers fixed it.

Oddly enough, on my vi$ta laptop, I had to downgrade my video drivers to get the video card crash to stop.

/snicker its the same with any bat pets iv gotten.theyre fine over land.then all of the sudden they go flaily as soon as theyre in,or even just over,water...

You'd get a kick out of the Ravagers... They have NO swim animation. They "swim" by running through the water. And when they need to go up/down, they run at an 80-90 degree angle. XD
