Title: Make Me Forgive Myself
Rating: 15 for sex.
Characters: Mohinder Suresh, Matt Pac-Man Batman Parkman
Spoilers: Up to episode 4 of season 3.
Warnings: Lizard sex! Also a fluffier Mohinder than in canon, as this was written before I saw 3x05.
Summary: Having finally returned from Africa, Matt has found that the boyfriend he's come back to is not the same as the one he left. Originally for [info]perdiccas's anonymous kink meme, the fic masterlist for which will keep you happy for years to come.

I'm looking at you. You'll have to try harder than this to make me ever want to stop. )

Title: Shadows of the Past
Rating: PG-13
Characters: Ashley Berry (OC), Mr. Bennet, The Haitian (ridiculously briefly)
Chapters: 1/1
Warnings: Adult themes (I’d be more specific, but it’s a spoiler)
Summary: Oneshot character introduction. Long after it's too late to turn back, Ashley shares her past and her gnawing regrets with a man whom she shouldn’t have trusted.
Author's Notes: Character bio in fic form! For [info]heroes_the_list.

She chuckled a little. She actually laughed, the sound choked and despairing but there nonetheless. )

Monochrome Boy
A Fanmix of a Fall from Grace

Because of the distressing combination of longwinded uploads and short online times, I'm going to totally cheat here and just put the songs and explanations. If anyone wants the actual music, just ask and I'll upload individual songs or the whole thing as soon as I get the chance. (Individual songs'll be quicker, obviously.)

I think all the lyrics are right. xD I have this weird habit sometimes of going by the sound of a song rather than what's actually being said, which is why some songs about breaking up remind me of happy couples and so forth. Pfft, I'm typing them as I listen to them.

Anyway. Yet another Gabriel fanmix. On with the show!

Title: Countdown to Midnight
Rating: PG
Disclaimer: Heroes belongs to NBC and Tim Kring.
Characters: Sylar, Chandra Suresh
Word Count: 2138
Spoilers: Six Months Ago.
Warnings: Shameless murder of evolutionary theory, and reassembly into the Frankenstein’s monster you see discussed here. >_>
Summary: Sylar finally gives in to the desire for infamy and shows off his acquired powers to Chandra, hoping that the geneticist will come round to his way of thinking. It doesn’t go as planned.

In the end, though, he needn’t have worried. Chandra -- genius, deluded, wilfully blind Chandra -- did not work it out on his own. )

Title: Unwelcome Epiphany
Rating: G
Disclaimer: Heroes belongs to NBC and Tim Kring.
Characters: Sylar, Chandra Suresh
Word Count: 1648
Spoilers: Six Months Ago
Warnings: None
Summary: There’s only so oblivious one man can be, and Chandra reaches his limit when a murder takes place practically under his nose. But he’s far from happy about it.
Author's Notes: Shh, look the other way, this was never for a roleplay. >_>

Chandra does not even begin to suspect until several hours after he and Gabriel have parted ways at the door to his apartment. )

Title: A Beautiful Sword
Rating: G
Disclaimer: Pirates of the Caribbean belongs to Disney.
Characters: Mercer, Beckett, Norrington
Word Count: 3,057
Spoilers: The first two movies
Pairing: Hints at one-sided Norrington/Liz. Though she doesn't deserve him. >.>
Summary: Getting your life back is never as simple as a single act. There are hard questions, and even harder answers -- especially when two very different men both want power, and must use and rely on each other to get it.
Author's note: ...This isn't finished, and won't be. It's dredged up from the archives of my memory stick, written over a year ago, and I decided to post it here for posterity. ...Yay?

(Chapter 1.) Cutler had to see it. He had to see it before he would believe it. Still, he forced his eager fingers not to grab and fumble, not wanting to reveal what an ace it was that Norrington had played. )

(Chapter 2.) ''Events eventuated,'' shrugged James evasively. He was tired, and bruised, and really didn’t want to think about it. He liked to imagine that they’d gotten away safely, but even from the island he’d heard the cannons… )

The Blast Is Beautiful

For my own amusement, and that of anyone else who cares to listen in. With bitesize explanations... and gratuitously teenybopper puncuation which I will regret tomorrow. (Because I can!)

Nine songs, including Snow Patrol, Muse, A Perfect Circle, Newton Falkner, My Chemical Romance and Yonderboi.

Cover and songs, in no particular order... )

Title: For Your Own Good
Author: [info]cazrolime
Rating: …I have no idea. There’s a little mild swearing. Go with whatever that would be rated where you’re reading this. :D
Word Count: 431
Summary: He’s sweet and good and cruel and a murderer. But he’s locked up now.
Author's Notes: Am I going anywhere with this? Did I succeed in my battle for original fiction against my brain, which wanted to write Sylar-at-Primatech? Who knows?

He doesn’t think he could exist as a number. He’s John Davids, John Davids. He refuses to give a name to the times when it seems a fun idea to boil a stranger’s brain inside his skull. )

Characters: Amanda and Tobias Cartwright
Prompt: 097 (Uncomfortable)

Title: Matricide
Author: [info]cazrolime
Rating: 12, mainly for language.
Disclaimer: Heroes is the brainchild of NBC and Tim Kring.
Character: Sylar
Word Count: 859
Spoilers: Series 1
Summary: Post-finale, Sylar has to face up to one of his worst mistakes.
Author's Notes: *shifty eyes* Nooo channelling of Jeff Lindsay in the style here. Um.

I wish I could say that this was two days ago and I hadn’t left her here. Or that some good Samaritan in the neighbouring flats had given a damn enough about her to pop round and see why that nice old lady next door wasn’t breathing any more. )

Rating: Cracky 15.
Disclaimer: Heroes is the fault of NBC and Tim Kring.
Characters/Pairings: Sylar/Mohinder.
Word Count: 210
Spoilers: None
Summary: Sylar has wings. …That’s about it.
Author's Notes: Yes, I am working through another writer’s block, why do you ask?

Mohinder rolled his eyes with a long-suffering sigh. “Sylar, what have I told you about eating brains in the house?” )

Enterlude, Exitlude: A Sylar Fanmix

(If you want the mix but the link's expired, just prod me and I'll reupload it.)

So, first-time fanmixer here. Mainly this mix focuses on the Sylar/Gabriel from the general area of “Six Months Ago” and the end of series 1 – hence the title. It has a bit of angst, occasional silliness, wildly disparate styles of music, far too many songs on the theme of dissatisfaction, and explanations in songdrabble form! And I’ve tried to give it some kind of coherent narrative, too. Enjoy!

PG to be safe; spoilers throughout series 1. The file is .rar (because the .zip file got deleted or something every time I created it), and 48MB.

Cover art and tl;dr track list drabbles right this way. :D )

Rating: PG
Disclaimer: Heroes belongs to NBC and Tim Kring.
Character: Sylar
Challenge: [info]15_minute_fic, prompt word #20 ).

Title: That Night at the Motel (or, “How Inane Can I Make This Title?”)
Rating: R
Disclaimer: Heroes belongs to NBC and Tim Kring.
Characters: Mohinder and "Zane".
Pairing: Mylar!
Table/Prompt: Table 4, Prompt 15 (Want).
Word Count: 737
Spoilers: "Run" and "Unexpected".
Warnings: PWP. On crack. Manly luvvins and superficial bruising. Not non-con, but could be read that way, so I'll mention it just to be safe.
Summary: …you know the meaning of PWP, yes?
Author's Notes: Because I'm a bad doobie who forgot it was [info]threthiel9's birthday. Also I fail at smut, but okay. Forgiveness and enjoy? :D

The pupil of Zane's eye was picked out in yellow, as was his rough cheekbone, and the corner of his lopsided smirk. )

Title: Like a Father and Daughter
Rating: G
Disclaimer: Heroes belongs to NBC and Tim Kring.
Characters: Mohinder and Molly
Pairings: Implied Mohinder/Eden.
Word Count: 546
Spoilers: General series.
Summary: Mohinder has adopted Molly! And here is one of the games they play! Complete and utter fluff. :D
Author's Notes: For [info]smeddley. Enjoy!

Molly was a very good throw but a poor catch, especially when laughing – but then so was Mohinder, and so they balanced each other out. )

Title: He’s Leaving Home
Rating: G
Disclaimer: Heroes belongs to NBC and Tim Kring.
Characters: Gabriel, his mother.
Table/Prompt: Table 4, Prompt 09 (Tears).
Word Count: 839
Spoilers: ‘Six Months Ago’, though it’s set before that.
Summary: Gabriel tries to tell his mother that he’s moving out of the family home.
Author's Notes: Another one I’d especially like con crit for, if you have some, especially about the ending. Enjoy!

August is a cold and blustery month in Queens, and the loose squares of glass rattle in the window. )

Rating: PG
Disclaimer: Heroes belongs to NBC and Tim Kring.
Characters: Sylar, Heidi.
Table/Prompt: Table 4, Prompt 13 (Love).
Word Count: 958
Spoilers: “Five Years Gone”, plus a minor one for “The Hard Part”.
Summary: For years, you pretend. You fake a kiss. You act out care by rote. And then you wake up, one day, and realise that you stopped pretending long ago.
Author's Notes: Sylar in love. That was a tough one. Um, I’ve never really written romance before, and especially not with a sociopath, so if anyone has constructive criticism I’ll be truly grateful for it.

“There’s something else. Your wife. Was in the explosion.” )

Disclaimer: Heroes belongs to NBC and Tim Kring.
Characters: Sylar, Eden
Word Count: 593
Spoilers: "Fallout"
Pairing: Sylar/Eden
Summary: A long time ago, a girl named Sarah Ellis was in love.
Author's note: Yeah, so I wrote this, typed it up, read it through and realised I’d made a big stupid oversight. So, uh, just pretend they never once saw one another when she was living next door to Chandra. >.>

“You look older,” she told him, smiling, her eyes full of prickling heat. )
