Well guys, I hate to say it, but after giving it a great deal of thought for quite some time now, I decided that I am going to have to resign from my moderation duties of this community.
My run here has been a lot of fun. I've enjoyed interacting with the lot of you and viewing all the lovely arts that drifted in over years. Yep, I've been member here that long and my enjoyment of this community is what prompted me to want to help moderate it, give it some love, and try to keep it going and growing.
However, my days aren't as free as they used to be and real life responsibilities are becoming overwhelming to the point that I just need to simplify as much as possible. I have way too much going on around me that needs my attention and I'd much rather pass on my duties on to another who can give this community the attention it deserves.
My apologies to all. I hope one of the other moderators will step up and carry the torch once more for this community. However, if that's not the case, I'll be happy to take suggestions of those who may wish run the community in my absence.

Hello there. I had your Hazzard to draw this month. I think I messed up the color of her nose. I instinctively made it dark and didn't realize what I had done until after the fact. My apologies. I still hope you generally like it though.

Hey everyone! Wow! Here we are at a brand new year. Boy, time sure flies by. It hardly feels like another year has been put behind us. Well 2008 wrapped up at a slow pace. We had to skip a few exchanges due to lack of sign ups. But that's okay. It happens from time to time. I hope that in 2009, we will have a many fun quality exchanges. Hey guys! Sorry the sketch round was a no go. However, October is here and it's time to start our regularly scheduled monthly round. Woohoo! I'm gonna toss in a Halloween theme this time. | September Sketch Round - Canceled |

Well, I hate to say it but I think we're just going to have to call off this sketch round due to lack of sign ups. I really prefer to have a minimum of at least 4 people per round. I was going to sign up and fill that last slot myself so we could continue on with it. However, I received some rather bad news earlier and the last thing on my mind right now is art.
My apologies to all. Hopefully October will be a better month for everyone. Perhaps we can throw in some sort of Halloween theme to make it more interesting and fun.

My apologies to you all. I'm sorry I haven't been able to keep up with this community the way I should recently. I will try harder to make time for it. Hopefully the things keeping me busy and semi-insane have come to pass and I'll settle into a smoother running routine soon.
Anyways, since this would be a pretty late start for this month, I wondered if any of you would be interested in doing something a bit lighter than the usual. Perhaps just a sketch exchange? Or something random like some donated line art for everyone to color up as their character? (or the character of someone else)
Anyways, let me know if there is any interest and I'll set up the sign up sheet asap.
