Hunt Challenge: Ch-ch-ch-changes

In seven books we were bound to see characters evolve tiwst and bend. Who is in your opinion the character that has changed the most? Be it grown up to be your new hero, or the contrary and turned out to be a disappointment. Perhaps neither, but they have still shown you many layers you didn't know they had. Your call.
