Only talk about sci-fi fandoms in this meme, if that wasn't obviously, I don't want people commenting with Twilight or Harry Potter in their fave books. This is just for SCIENCE FICTION SUBJECTS. Those other shiny fandoms have enough hype. Use your own judgment when deciding what is/isn't sci-fi. I won't go around slapping anybody on the wrist if they put Supernatural as a favorite show.

And most importantly, PIMP THIS BITCH OUT and have fun and make new friends!

Time travel or space travel?: Sapce travel. Time travel lends itself to too many possible conundrums, continuity issues, and the potential to seriously screw things up for the world at large. All one needs is a couple of Red Shirts accompanying the space travel excursion and you're basically set.

Star Trek or Star Wars?: I have to give it to Trek. It was around first, and the travesty that is Enterprise is still LIGHT YEARS better than the abominations that were Lucas's edited versions of Episodes IV-VI and everything involved in Episodes I-III.

For favorite alien I was thinking Trill (nifty forehead freckles! long life!) but the whole waiting for your number to be called so you can have the symbiote implanted in you is a bit of a downer. Days hanging out on the planet, waiting waiting waiting...aside from that, though, good times.
