hello all. I seem to have misplaced something like half my Wilco albums. I honestly have no idea where they could be. And I am in desperate need of them for a road trip I'm taking in 3 weeks. So, if anyone has extra copies (burned or extra originals that you just have lying around) of A Ghost is Born, Summerteeth, and Sky Blue Sky. I can't pay that much but if you can help me out, name your price. Email me at kaitlyn.crenshaw@yahoo.com. Thanks guys :)

[14 Mar 2008|12:06pm] |
Some spring tour dates for those of you in the middle of the country (or in Winnipeg):

LOUIS, MO THE PAGEANT MAY-16 ST. LOUIS, MO THE PAGEANT
All Wilcoworld presales are next Wednesday, the 19th.
These will probably be the last shows until late summer. I know Nels has about a month's worth of commitments with his jazz trio, the Nels Cline Singers, in June and July. Hopefully they'll add some more east coast dates to go with that rescheduled show in Charleston on Aug. 7, and there are still rumors swirling about the possibility of them playing Lollapalooza, which is Aug. 1-3.

Since no one else posted it, I might as well: The New York Times has a blog about migraines/headaches called, appropriately enough, Migraine.
Last week, Jeff Tweedy guest posted to it. He briefly goes into the relationship between his migraines and some of his music. That's not the main focus, but it's part of it.

I went to my first Wilco show a couple of nights ago. I can't explain how amazing it was. Probably one of the best nights of my live, but anyways. The entire time it was being taped, so I was wondering if y'all knew what they did with all the video. Do they just keep it or do they put it online somewhere or what?

Behind the cut are some of the lead-in pictures from SNL. Someone posted them over at Via Chicago, and I wanted to share them here. They're huge, which is why I'm putting them behind the cut. Great wallpaper!

I don't know if anyone else was planning on attending Glenn's Bang on a Can show at Northwestern in April, but if you were thinking about it, you can buy tickets at the venue website. Glenn's site still just gives an "info" link versus a "buy" link, but the tickets are definitely for sale.
Anyone else doing Residency?
