Wii Kart ONLINE!!

As a bit of an aside from hot Kart dates and rants about cheating!

I used to swear by Luigi on the Super Blooper. I got to feeling frisky one day (over a year after starting the game), and rocked a Toadette on the Cheap Charger.

Have any of you fellow racers had a beloved kart/bike get switched for something else later on in your racing 'career'? Why?

And if not, why do you remain faithful to your first love?

Also, have you played through the other vehicle options? I know that many folks with SKILLZ rock the bikes, but I can't do it! I love to swing my drifts wide and long, whereas bikes get that shizznit TIGHT. Its interesting.

Thanks in advance for any input! I've always wondered about this stuff.

I'm bored as all heck and annoyed with the ranking system (currently trying to get a two star)

despite my license I do not only use Rosalina. I use my Mii,Yoshi,Daisy,Baby Lugi and once in a while Bowser Jr. too. New players dont be intimated by that star. I'm no elite player xD. I do have everything unlocked but still not elite.

I was just partaking of some Wii Karting on a series of tubes with other folks.

On a Mario Raceway 64 race, some douchenozzle other racer kept sneaking up to first and then dropping 3 Bob-ombs in a row, whether s/he blasted an Item Box or not.
Wtf! It really affected other racers in a bad way!

Upon completing the race, this racer had 9999 VR points and a clever handle of "Nightmare".
Sketchy much?

Has anyone else encountered such cheatery? Hacks? It was really frustrating, because its freakin' MARIOKART and its supposed to be a silly, good time.

So, have any of you encountered a cheater while racing online? You know, the kind with infinite blue shells? I raced two of them a few weeks ago and I barely got of the race with 2nd place.

Do the drift and mini-turbo stats on a kart/bike/character make any difference if you don't use manual?

Also, anyone else think MK Wii is a tad unbalanced compared to the previous games? Myself and a fiend of mine has named it MKS or Mario Kart Syndrome. Example being, Your racing your hit with a blue shell, red shell, then a pow block and go from first to last, or it happens JUST after you get into 1st place. normally inches away form the finish line:p or combination like red shell, lightning, blue shell.

Anyone else get that?

After forever and a day I've unlocked everything possible. I swear those star wins were the hardest unlockable things I've ever done especially on 150cc
