It's been hot in New York. Been going to the local beach aftr work but I wish a breezy will come by. I've been working late these past two weeks and haven't had the time to see any movies. Too hot and tired. I found out this past week a favorite fan fiction site Fab Lib will be closing August 4th. Thats sucks. Made some friends with people who write about POTC and a few other things I like. Will miss them all. Hopefully they will go to fan fiction site instead. I can't believe that the summer is almost over. It's going to be August. Stay cool everyone.

No electricity or telephone all day long yesterday. Blergh. And still no phone today - at least we got the juice back last night right around 8:30. And friends came over to assuage boredom. During the afternoon, instead of surfin' the net or cleaning, I read "Kavalier and Clay" for the Literati and took pictures for vita_ersatz and tried to capture my boy as Ballet Dancer, too. These are the shoes I bought from Joyce Nicholson at Dollectable. They fit like a glove! I want more! But I think I'll suggest to her and Kim that they change the lacing to be thicker or a crosspieced of elastic. These shoes are for MALE dancers...

Я уже говорила, что утечка нелимитированного альбомного промо-материала имела место быть: логично, что "паству" колбасит, а авторы - отжигают в рекламных целях.

Многие дамы со мной согласятся: брутальный мужЫк с красивым голосом, плохим зрением, бодрящим ледорубом наперевес и с филологическим образованием в комплекте - это само по себе сильно, а уж когда тема названия альбома (Sünde/Грех) сопровождается фразой: "...на своей первой исповеди я рассказал о тайной страсти к игрушкам других детей, запрещённым ТВ–шоу и столь вожделенном просмотре раздела женской одежды в каталоге «Quelle». Священник пробормотал что-то про десять вялых «Отче наш» и сказал приходить снова только тогда, когда научусь солидно грешить", то истерика обеспечена.))

Но это не всё.
Поверьте, даже тем, кому группа параллельна, и тем, кто ни в зуб ногой в немецком, будет весело: народ выложил подкаст записи одной из лЫрических песен.) То, как маленький Ноэль гоняет большого Алекса, чтобы тот выдал ноту по системе Станиславского, или рожи, которые строит герр Алекс, когда из колонок слышно его явно лажающий вокал - это уже угар без перевода, но уж фразочка: "Поспорим, Раммштайн так не загоняются, а просто пишут, как получилось?!!"... вы меня поняли.)))

My AC is broken again. This is the second time the new one has broken. *eye twitch* Kendra said that she's gonna call again tomorrow and tell Lance that we want it fixed now or we're writing the Dean. Okies, so I told transilluisons that I would make a post dedicated to my character/celeb crushes of the past.

Alright, so before the wickedly sexy Mr. Monaghan, before the divine Master Rush, and the disturbingly attractive Joker, I guess you could say I was heavily into sitcoms. And for whatever reason, I'm finding this first one very embarrassing now, but let's get on with it, shall we? Here . . . we . . . go. (Couldn't resist, mates)

And yes, this used to be an honest-to-gosh obsession.



Mhm, Mr. Paul Reiser, better known to me then as Paul Buchman of Mad About You. It wasn't entirely him though, I really did love that show as a whole. And if you were wondering, yes indeed, this was the inspiration to name one of my dogs. The Buchmans owned a Border Collie named Murray. :-)

Now onto seconds, and I'm happy to see that this guy hasn't fallen into any cracks since Two Guys and a Girl was cancelled. Gods, but I miss that show, too! I had an enormously lusty thing for Ryan Reynolds' character, Berg. Ryan also looks fantastic with fur on his face, which is always a plus :D



He's been cast as Deadpool in the new X-Men movie coming out next year. And so help me, if for whatever reason he and Dom are in a scene together, I will SCREAM the most fangirliest scream ever heard in north central Florida XD

EDIT: I remembered one other. This is from way, WAY back, when I was too young to even realize I had a 'thing' for this . . . guy. He's animated. He's not even human. But I still have to admit, he's darn cute and smexy. Oh yeah, he's also a self-absorbed, slightly psychotic pirate captain. Sails in the air instead of on the sea, but a pirate captain nonetheless! (Again, OMG why don't they make shows like this anymore?! Kids are stuck with crap cartoons nowadays.)

And an honorable mention goes to Durza, though I'm loathe to say so because, in my not so humble opinion, that series sucks as a whole and the movie was a waste of Carlyle and Irons. Still, messed up people . . . *drool*
