Welcome to ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif){kind=small} whoelite. This is a community for high-quality icons from the fantastic sci-fi show Doctor Who. The community is however not only limited to just the show itself but its spin-off Torchwood and/or any related Doctor Who material (ie: cast, guest stars, etc). Membership is selected so you have to apply before you can post. After you apply, the moderators will judge your icons based on creative cropping, quality of an icon, awesome coloring, as welll as great text skills. |

| 1. No requests or posting without icons in your entry. There are plenty of communities for requests and this is not one of them. 2. This is an elite icon comm so we prefer your post includes icons but fanart and other graphics is still okay!;) 3. If you post more than 3 icons, be sure to put the rest behind a lj-cut. 4. Any icons that are spoilerish or have questionable content must be put behind a cut with a warning. 5. PLEASE DON'T JUST JOIN THE COMMUNITY, YOUR REQUEST WILL BE DENIED. If you want posting access please apply first here. 6. Put 'I'm the tin dog' in the subject line of your entry when applying so we'll know that you read the rules. 7. If you are not accepted, don't get pissed off. It won't get you anywhere. Simply work on improving your icons and try applying again in two weeks. We don't appreciate asshats. 8. You must be accepted by 2 OUT OF 3 MODS to be allowed to post. The second yes will provide you an invite. 9. When taking icons please be nice to the poster. Remember to always credit properly. 10. Please don't apply if you're not going to post. Just watch the community if you want to take icons. 11. When posting use tags at your discretion. If you post uncommon DW material such as Classic Who then tag them as such. Same goes with tagging Torchwood. That would be all for now. This shall be updated/edited as the mods see fit. |
