Every week a challenge will be posted This challenge will comprise of lyrics from a song. You will then have a week to enter icons using images from only Doctor Who (new or old), Torchwood or The Sarah Jane Adventures and the lyrics from the challenge. The members of the community will vote to determine the winner. Winners will be posted soon afterwards, banners given and a new challenge will be posted. Anyone may join, enter, and vote, as long the following rules are followed: ~ Entries will be screened ~ The amount of icons you can submit will be specified when the challenge is posted ~ Do not vote for your own icon or ask people to vote for you ~ Icons must meet LJ's standards, this is 40K or under, 100x100 pixels or smaller, animations are allowed. ~ Only the lyrics provided can be used, you cannot add your own words. ~ Images must be screencaptures from the show. Not promo pictures or images of actors in other roles. Screencaptures. Although shots from the show from the BBC site are allowed as long as they are from an episode. 1.
