The Monday meeting.

Actually, not much is going on in our general chatter today. Rich tells us he presented the 2009 ideas to the managers in the meeting on Friday. Also, he’s putting together the list of us who are going to Iceland for the
FanFest in the beginning of November. Sounds like it’s going to be Rich, Matt and Jess. Everyone else is too busy, or has to show up for jury duty (good luck with that one Chaney). Also, Chaney’s taking next Friday off to get married and then he’s coming by for our Grand Opening party so we can meet his mom and apparently get her all liquored up. Speaking of which, we’re having our Grand Opening party next Friday. Nobody knows what all’s going on with that though.

On to the business of things.

John: Dreams of the First Age continues. Also talking about possible SAS ideas for Scion. Also got art notes for the second of the three books in the Dreams of the First Age box set to Brian.

Other John (Bax): Reading through the art notes and manuscript that John sent to Brian for Dreams of the First Age to make sure everything’s kosher.

Brian: A busy week. One, just got the big First Age map from Ed Bourelle and needs to start lettering that and placing all the icons where everything is. Two, Still working on Scion: God prologue to get that in proofing in the next day or two. Threeve, art directing the foldout Meru City Map that’ll be in the Meru City Guide that’ll be in the Dreams of the First Age box set. Reading over the art notes from John at some point this week or next for book 2 of 3 in the box set. Four, art directing Scroll of Kings this week. Five, oh yeah, sketches are starting to come in for the Meru city guide. Six, need to hassle the interns into moving the rack out of his vehicle and setting it up to put the printers and supplies on at some point in the near future.

Ethan: Working on a couple or so Grimoires. Writing a SAS thing that I don’t believe has been mentioned here yet, so I’ll stay mum on that for now.

Aileen: Art directing Banishers and Rites of Spring. Also looking for a cover artist for Silver Ladder.

matt, the: Proof week. Looking at Changing Breeds, Fall of the Camarilla and Scion: God. Hope to get proofs in for Project: Blue November late this week or early next week. Making the invite for the Grand Opening and going over art with Jess for wall decorations around the office. Oh yeah, meetings with Rich and Joi in Iceland when he’s in Iceland.

Chaney: Missing some art for Changing Breeds. Mwahahaha is moving right along.

Craiggers von Craigington: Happy belated birthday. Hope you enjoyed the Clairmont. Working on Fall of the Camarilla and art directing Ventrue.

Jess: Putting together art to make prints to put up around the office. Also working on EVE t-shirts and will be laying out a SAS soon.

Aaron and Merry: working on translation stuff, getting quotes for projects, going over stuff for Hero Lab.

Rich: Lots of admin stuff this week and a ton of emails to take care of. Also something about making some offers for some developer jobs or something. Going over wall art with matt and Jess for the wall decorations
and going over Ventrue with Craig, since Craig can’t read and Brian is too busy to read to Craig.
