    Monday Meeting: Enter, the Interns.
    Monday Meetings: Welcoming the Interns
    First off, Kelley brings in the 2 interns to sit in and learn the wonders of the IPD&D meeting. Secondly, Kelley asks us to send her emails to let her know who wants to go to what convention. I, however, get to sit this con season out as I’m on “probation” for a couple of things that happened in Iceland that I refuse to speak about.

    Speaking of Iceland and things I refuse to speak about, the Viking Invasion begins next week. We’ll be having 7 or 8 Icelanders coming to visit for several days to talk about all kinds of EVE and learn more about the WoD and Exalted.

    Let’s see. What else am I not supposed to talk about right now. Oh yeah, 2008 scheduling stuff.

    2nd Quarter: Going over a proposal for a (BLEEP)
    3rd Quarter: Planning a (BLEEP) that should be (BLEEP) related rather than (BLEEP).
    4th Quarter: Planning a (BLEEP)

    Anybody know if we know anybody in a transcribing service? Anyone?

    Seeing as how Team Production didn’t manage to burn any of the bridges with SCAD Atlanta, they’re hoping to have a class there again in the fall to teach students about how the “real world” of freelance art and illustration work. Chaney remember he still hasn’t sent out any contracts for some art that he’s using from them for the Urban Legends book.

    John makes some comment about Scion and Bill responds with “Scion: Git ‘R Done”

    What’s happening with everyone?
    John C: outlining Sidereals and redlining Scion: Demigod

    Brian: Working on compiling the last of the art for the Exalted Board Game and getting in touch with his Imaginary Friends to find out where the cover to said board game is. Also, working on some ads for Kelley.

    John M: Pitching in on some Oadenal’s Codex work with Dean.

    Will: Totally not here. Couldn’t get him on his phone either.

    Matt: Scion layout, cover sketches coming in for Damnation City

    Minor break to discuss PDF adventures. How do we rank them so the public knows what kind of threat/power level each adventure is? This discussion goes on for about 20 minutes, and I’m not going to reveal the outcome. You’ll just have to wait and see.

    Ethan: Changeling up on the server for management to read through. Changeling art notes coming to Aileen soon. Admin stuff and paperwork. Looking over playtest notes for Changeling.

    Aileen: Book of Spirits. Maybe working on Free Council if someone can get her the text that she’s missing.

    Bill: Final drafts coming in for Magical Traditions. Getting art notes for said book to Aileen. Working on other proposals. Working on the PDF adventures.

    Craig: 2nd proof of Urban Legends going up on the server today. Working on the Exalted board game map for Brian. Learning how to submit pay schedules to keep the artists happy. Taking photos of the Monster Mayhem figures.

    Chaney: Still working on Monster Mayhem graphic design. Sending out art notes for City of Brass and moving offices.

    Craig part 2: Oh yeah, I’m moving offices too.

    Aaron: Bunch of EVE-related things. Talking to translators about stuff. “Plenty of work this week… plenty.” Getting in more bulk buy quotes from printers.

    Rich: also working on EVE-related stuff. Talking to someone about developing something for us. Going over contracts, the 2008 schedule and sketches of monsters for Matt.

    The interns ask us a few questions, really about the PDF adventures and the ranking/rating/requirements we were talking about. They don’t care about us personally, just the mad lewt.

    Meeting is over in 1 hour and 41 minutes.

    Nifty cool! Can anyone tell me what Oadenal’s Codex is? I think I missed info on that one somewhere.

    It's an Exalted book. Presumably about stuff such as manses, demesnes and geomancy, but I could be wrong here.

    Craig needs to add on getting Iron Maiden posters from his mom. I am so not looking forward to taking all the crap off my wall and putting it up on a new wall.

    What ever happened to the Vampire novel contest? This long of a wait I assume they all really sucked ............. and not in the fang-and-jugular sort of way. :P
