Ed Westwick pairs his pretty pink shirt with a maroon suit as he makes his way from the make-up trailer to the set of Gossip Girl in New York City on Wednesday.

Mr. Westwick turned the big 2-1 last Saturday and celebrated at TAO Night Club in Vegas.

Co-stars Chace Crawford, Blake Lively, Penn Badgley and Leighton Meester were all on set as well.

Resident Gossip Girl bad boy Ed Westwick celebrates his 21st birthday at TAO Night Club inside the Venetian Resort Hotel Casino in Las Vegas on Friday.

So after the Chace Crawford and JC Chasez rumors, we now have rumors of Chace and Ed hooking up! Chace’s camp have denied the rumors, saying, “These endless rumors are absolutely untrue.”

Ed Westwick continues rocking his summer style with a white suit on the set of Gossip Girl in New York on Monday.

Co-stars Blake Lively and Taylor Momsen were also around shooting their own scenes. Either puppies are going to be a theme in the show, or it’s Bring You Pet to Work Day for the GG cast! Blake, 20, and Taylor, 14, were both seen carrying around precious pooches.

Best known as the philandering scion Chuck Bass on Gossip Girl, Ed Westwick is branching out in the charming artsy flick The Son of Rambow, where he plays, well, another callous, spoiled young man. We asked the smoldering 21-year-old Brit about what gets him off.



“This is my trademark: I rip my T-shirt. I’m into the whole showing-a-bit-of-chest-hair thing.”

“The whole buzz of the city turns me on. I’m a nighttime kind of guy, so I love going out. I always sense potential in the night—especially during the summer. When the sun’s out the girls put on nice dresses. It’s like London in the summertime: There’s all this energy that’s been laying under the earth for eight months of the year that’s just been bubbling and cooking until finally it comes out with the sun.”

“I’m in a band called Filthy Youth and we adopted that whole indie rock-&-roll image. I love black skinnies [Westwick for jeans]—their tight fit accentuates the body and makes them sexy on men and women—I hope I have a nice body.”

Gossip Girl's resident troublemaker, Ed Westwick, stopped by Good Day New York to discuss his much loved CW series, as well as his new role in the film Son of Rambow.

"I'm the protective big brother who eventually realizes his responsibility, Westwick says of his movie role. "I'm very familiar with the whole relationship. I had an older brother who wasn't always the nicest."

Speaking of not always being the nicest, Ed opened up about playing Chuck Bass on Gossip Girl. "Everyone has kind of gotten used to him being this bad kind of person, Ed says, adding, "But he's redeemed himself in some ways and people have grown to like him."

When it comes to dishing on his own love life, Ed stays mum about who his real main squeeze is, although he is quick to admit that Scarlett Johansson is at the top of his celebrity dating list. "I love her whole style," he says. "She really does it for me."

We wonder who Chuck would pick?

Gossip Girl cast members Chace Crawford, Ed Westwick, Jessica Szohr and Connor Paolo grab lunch together at Joanna’s restaurant after filming the wedding scene on Wednesday around New York City’s Upper East side.

Located in Carnegie Hill, Joanna’s (on Madison Ave) offers Northern Italian cuisine.

SPOILERS! If you’ll remember, Connor’s character, Eric van der Woodsen (Serenea’s younger brother), is the one that comes out of the closet.
