Tartarus is NOT on this Wednesday; it’ll be on monthly, so the next one is the 28th of May.

In May we’ll be joined by guest DJs PoisonDwarf from Australia’s longest running deathrock club 1334, DJ Stix from Electric Dreams, and DJ Alexx will be playing a mix of post-punk and neo-folk for us.

We’ll also be promoting the new demo from Russian post-punk band the Forced Oscillations, so ask for a copy at the DJ booth.

VENDEMMIAN

Having headlined the “Sex and Drugs and Drum Machines” gig in Germany with Solemn Novena and the Shallow Graves 90s legends Vendemmian will be playing their first London gig in ages on Saturday 7th June.

They’re being supported by Voices of Masada, Cauda Pavonis, and Rome Burns.

BRAVE EXHIBITIONS

A night of post-punk and minimal-wave, Brave Exhibitions will be returning on Wednesday 11th June with guest DJs Lady Himalaya (An Experiment on a Bird in the Air Pump, New Black Light Machine) and DJ Infarktas (Salta Kava), while on stage Stav B will be standing around in her knickers breaking plates and cutting the heads off roses and Spiritwo (chant her name in the dark), Israel’s answer to Danielle Dax, will be shrieking to backing tapes, with Einsturzende Neubauten videos on the big screen.
