Welcome to [info]weir_lims, a last icon maker standing competition dedicated to the Stargate: Atlantis character Dr.Elizabeth Weir (played by Torri Higginson).

RULES
1. First of all, you have to join [info]weir_lims.
2. Then you have to comment to this entry.
3. New challenge will be posted every Monday (changeable), so that you'll have enough time to make an icon.
4. You icons must fit LJ standarts: 100x100 pixels max. and not more than 40kB.
5.You may use only images that are provided. Stock images, textures, brushes, animation, etc. are allowed.
6. If you consumed all skip chances, you MUST submit your icon in every round.
7. You can't post your icon anywhere else until voting in complete. Otherwise you´ll be disqualified.
