This community is only for serious people.
This community does not allow harrasment of any kind, so if anyone is against this community they are not allowed to voice negative comments in the community.
This community is not pro-ed or anti-ed. Your life style is your own business. This is just for people who wish to set goals with other people as motivation.
Also, posts of low calorie and low fat foods are much appreciated. You may also post goal pictures, of people you'd like to look like as long as you use the lj-cut tag. This is also motivational for the rest of the community and is highly recomended.
If you have an eating disorder you are warned that there may be "triggering" material in this community.
