- This community is for making weight loss, and healthly lifestyle changes more fun, especially if you're stuck in a rut and mixing things up a bit. The goal is to also help people improve habits by introducing changes weekly.

- This community is not spefically about weight loss, but many members are trying to lose weight. The diets are up to you to find, we're just hear to help you stick with them. Many challenges may center around staying on your program, however.

- This community is to challenge ourselves to be better, look better, and feel better.

Upon Joining: please give an introductory post with starting weight, current weight, goal weight, height, and your reasons for wanting to lose weight OR get healthier! Please also include any personal challenges YOU have with sticking with weightloss, or lifestyle changes.
