Wedding hair
Alright ladies, let's have it! I haven't seen a post on this topic in a while, so I'd love to see what everyone has in mind for hairstyles. Show off your wedding hair ideas, any trials you've done, or what you ended up with if you're big day has already happened!

I love these hairstyles as the inspiration for my hair:

Had myself a little laugh, but some of these aren't half bad!

This is my hair trial.

I love it! I wanted something very clean and classic, no worries about curls falling out or frizzing or anything.

This is how I want my hair. :).

Except, instead of pulling it straight back, I'm going to pull my bangs off to the side.

And wear it with this headband:

I really really want something like this, but I'm not even going to hope that my hair will hold a curl :(

I think I'm going to have to pull it back completely if I want anything other than limp spaghetti noodles on my head.

Which will work okay in the end, since I don't want my hair covered up by my veil, and this will allow me to tuck it under.

I love these posts!

is what I want. I've figured out that I'll probably have to leave my hair alone for 3 months or so for it to get long enough to do that without complaining, which means I'll have to start not cutting it in July. Boo for not having cute short hair in summer, but it'll be ok :)

Instead of black and white pins in it like the picture has, I'm keeping an eye out on eBay and here for not-cheap-looking mini red roses.

My hair will be re-dyed blue-black a week before the wedding, and the day of the wedding scarlet red extentions will be added.

I have a lot of different pictures that I'm looking at. I definitely want my hair off my face and pulled back, but I want it to have some volume as well ( not pulled tightly back )

I havent found anything that really wows me yet. I want something beachy but up or half up. It would be a bonus if it incorporated braids, but i dont know yet. I'm still looking.

I definitely know I want braids, so I've been collecting all pictures of braided hairstyles for a while. I like that one you have of Heidi Klum up there, but I'm not sure I've got the volume to pull it off.

I found this in a Martha Stewart Weddings, and I LOVE it! I really hope I can find someone who can braid like this:

All I know is that I want it up (it will stay better, and as much as I love my hair down, I know I'm not going to want to deal with it that day), with curls somewhere, I don't want all the hair around my face pulled back (I have a big forehead), and the veil is going to be tucked under everything.

I really love this:

...because it's really feminine and romantic, and that's the look I'm going for. But I really like it as is, and wonder if adding in a tiara and veil would be too much? I also don't like that the curls would block my earrings. My hair may not even be long enough to do much with the curls...I don't know.

So then I wonder if something like this would be better:

Just curls piled in the back, the rest would be straight, and I'd have sidewept bangs. My hair will probably hold it better, and I'd have the curls piled high enough that you can see them from the front (over the tiara). I think it may make me look a little taller. I'm just not sure about the bangs. I always end up hating myself with bangs, but I've never had real sideswept bangs (I've asked for them but my stylist SUCKS), so we'll have to see.

This was from my trail.

Here's the front (I was wearing kitty ears because it was Halloween):

Here's the back:

It's a little messy in the back. She had a few curls down at first but I thought it looked kinda like a fancy mullet that way so she pinned them up really quick. Also, I had a massage earlier that day so my hair was kinda oily and slippery, it'll be in place better for the big day.

At first I wanted something down, but then I thought gathering everything in the back would not only look nice, but would also be out of my way. Getting married outdoors in July wouldn't be fun without my hair pulled back, it might get sweaty and nasty. I opted for the side part because my part just comes back on its own anyway. Plus, I look kinda funny without one.

I plan on getting a headband to wear with it and, although it's kinda pulled up, I'd like my veil to be on top of it.

The back will look something like this with the hairvine woven in, my custom hairvine is getting made as we speak (the one in the pic is a designer one from Kleinfeld, my wallet says NO THANKS! I found one for much cheaper on Etsy). I don't plan on having bangs, at leat not like that, and I'd like the front to look a little softer. So I haven't decided on that yet. So I have it half figured out!

I have straight hair, so it just feels unnatural for me to have a pile of curls on my head for my wedding day. I'm not fooling anyone. ;)

I have naturally curly hair that holds curl VERY WELL. My fiance loves my hair down, I like my hair up so we are going half way. Putting some out of my face in the front on top of my head and half down.

I want to pull the top half back, then do Shirley temple like long curls through it all. With bangs. I haven't seen any pics like that and don't have any from the 1 time I did it before. :(

Wow! Doesn't anyone have short hair anymore?

I'm thinking of going down this road, with a colour scheme that's more orange-y, to match my colours :) and with a teeny little birdcage veil that just sits on my forehead.
