Hello! This is a community for Washington or Pacific Northwest Jrock/Gothic lolita lovers. I was thinking about how hard it is to meet people with this fashion/music interest, and decided it'd be so much better to make a community to represent the people who dedicate so much of their time to this beautiful and difficult lifestyle!

The hope and or goal of this community is to get enough users that we could on occasion hold meetings and gatherings in the nearby areas and have tea parties or photoshoots so that people could have something to look forward to, and ways to meet others of the same interest.

If you want any more information or have ideas on how to make this community or its ideas better, feel absolutely free to contact me.

This is NOT a strict community. If you're a beginner to this whole adventure, then that's just fine! But I -would- ask as a personal favour.

PLEASE do not join this if you're going to half ass it. Most people who design/are involved in the Visual Kei/EGL/Lolita fashions put a lot of time, effort, money, and other work into their fashions! THAT is what we are looking for, dedication and hard work of some sort. That means please do not post images of yourself in things you picked up at hot topic. We want to see what creative things you can come up with, not necessarily what you can throw together in five minutes from American stores. This is a Japanese fashion, so please try to keep as close to it as possible! This doesn't mean you can't wear non-Japanese brands, but we do aim to make the look authentic as possible.

Mostly, this is just about fun and meeting new people. Again, the AIM of this community is to be something like a club. If it grows more, we might aim to make these fashions more accessible to our area! Also, I'll do my best to make sure any convention information is posted as well.

Also! A little bit about me. I'm a Visual Kei cosplayer and designer, but I dip a little bit into the lolita scene as well. I love pretty much all that 'screamer' music. I'm from a town with about a 1,000 people population. So I don't know anyone else from the Jrock scene! That was my inspiration for this community, to find those stray lovers of the Japanese music and fashion who might want to help get gatherings like those in Japan and other areas.

Please don't feel afraid to join, and be kind and respectful to everyone.
