Hey. So this is one of those RPF (real person fic) places you hear so much about. We're playing with James Marsters and Sarah Michelle Gellar. That's it. Our stance is they fucked like weasels, so we're going to wank and fic that as much as is humanly possible. Consider everything written here, even the wild speculations, to be a form of RPF. Wangst is the new literary genre, don't you know.

None of us are taking this seriously. No, really. It's all in good fun. Wangst away to your heart's content and no one will call you evildirtywrong because you like RPF (well, we will if you want us to. And we bite.)

If you don't like RPF, then kindly go away. Really. You've just read what the community is about so if you read about the hot naked sweaty trailer sex and then think "Oh my god, that's terrible!", well, you only have yourself to blame because we warned you. On the other hand, most of us here appear to be RPF virgins, so you might want to take a look. You just might like it. We swear we'll be very, very gentle.

Community FAQ/Rules

Each of the following are Frequently Asked Questions about wangst_club. READ THESE CAREFULLY, because each FAQ answered also contains a community RULE. Ignorance of the rules will not be tolerated. Nor will John Travolta. I hate John Travolta.

FAQ #1
I wanna see the wangst! All I can see is two posts! Why can't I see the rest of the wangst????? Whaaaaaa!!!!

Dude, chill. You can see the wangst when you join the group as a member. A MEMBER. Just adding the community to your flist ain't gonna work, because this community is FRIENDS LOCKED. Meaning only members can read the posts. So if you want to read the wangst, join the community as a member. Please keep in mind it can take awhile for the posts to become visible for you after you join. Be patient, it will show up eventually. If you post to the community, your post should be automatically f-locked (that is, if I've managed to set this thing right and if it doesn't work I'm going to be forced to kick the admin console's ass and nobody wants to see that. The poor thing cries like a little girl. It's not pretty.) Rule #1: Friends Only, baby. But don't worry, anyone can be our friend. Membership is open to everyone, just click on the link (above). OMG! The wangst is soooooooooooo funny!!!!!!! Can I post some of this to my lj so others can read it? Or archive it so I'll have it for always and always?

In a word: No fucking way. Really, I'm glad you're enjoying the wangst, but RPF isn't everyone's cup of tea, which is why the community is friends locked. If you choose to join and then repost material from here, you may be in violation of LiveJournal's Terms of Service and could be reported for abuse. This includes so-called "archiving" at asstastic places like Frienditto - nothing posted at wangst_club is to be cut and pasted, cross posted, or archived anywhere without the express consent of its original author. And I'm pretty damn sure none of our authors are going to give you permission. What happens in wangst_club stays in wangst_club, okay? (Rule #2). And be aware, I will report anyone's ass for violating any of the TOS. Really, I'm serious. If I find ANYTHING from wangst_club re-posted or archived anywhere else, I will shut the entire community down.

Like, how come I never read about JM/SMG in like, "Star" magazine or nothing? Youse all must be on crack or something.

*sigh* While wangst_club is indeed a form of crack, no one here is on hallucinogenic drugs (not that I know of.) This is all fiction. None of this actually happened. We all know that. Standard disclaimers apply to everything posted here. Seriously, we're just having fun (Rule #3: have fun but don't lose touch with reality, mmmkay?)

You are SO going to love the James Marsters/Alexis Denisof/mangy goat fic I wrote! Can I post it to the community?

Oh dear god, no. Really, just...no. While I'm sure your goat fic is quite lovely, wangst_club is not the place to post it. It never will be. There are multiple RPF/RPS/RPG places all over lj (many of them involve buggering hobbits, or so I'm told) but this place is pretty much for one thing: JM/SMG RPF. That's it. While other pairings will of course be mentioned, our focus is the JM/SMG FLW (Rule #4 - it's JM/SMG FLW or the highway. And I know that doesn't rhyme. Sue me.) If you want to write other RPF pairings, more power to you, but please find another community to post it in. ALL off-topic posts will be deleted, and I'll laugh while I'm doing it.

First of all, no you weren't, so don't lie. Lying makes the Baby Jeebus cry. But you do bring up a valid point. A lot of the material posted here will be NC-17, due to the FLW factor. If you don't like hot raunchy fic that most likely features copious amounts of oral and anal sex, then this really isn't the place for you. However, if you want to write non-smut Jimmy and Sarah frolicking through the park eating ice cream, go ahead, we like that too. Yawn. Anywho, ALL NC-17 fic MUST be labeled as such. Which is part of Rule #5: Label all NC-17 fic and for the love of God, put all your lengthy fics behind the lj cut. Not using the cut tag makes my teeth itch and that leads to me wanting to delete stuff.

Is that question even in English? Look, I don't hate FPJ. I think he's a massive tool, but I don't hate him. In fact, many people here like him a lot (*crickets*). But he gets in the way of JM/SMG FLW, so a lot of the time he's going to look like a cuckold. See FAQ #3 (above) re: fiction. wangst_club is all about the love (Rule #6.) And you know what I love? People who spell correctly and use proper English grammar. The shift key and those periods, comma, question mark keys are on the keyboard for a reason, people!

Okay, there isn't even a question in there. You like SMG/DB RPF! Great! Good for you! -- See how supportive I just was? That's because while I don't agree with you, I do appreciate your right to express your own opinion. I'll even help you out with a name for your own SMG/DB RPF community - "SMG/DB RPF: Making the Guy with the Gigantic Forehead Fall Asleep on Top of the Tiny Girl After Sex Since 1998." Heh. And oh yeah, Rule #7 deals with respect: We respect everyone in the community. Please don't bash anyone or anything, whether it be RPF preferences, general ship preferences, sexual position preferences or cola preferences. Be nice or I will ban your ass faster than Sarah can say "Fuck me hard, Jimmy!"
