Championship and qualifiers

People,
since this year's championship is pretty close to Lithuania - we started to think about it:)
As we understand - first you need to qualify.
But we were unable to find any requirements on qualifier tournament.
Are there any specific requirements? except 12 people minimum?

Each nation in Europe can have a Continental Qualifier. There is no minimum number of players and you don't have to be from that nation to play (for example, players from Portugal could play in a Lithuanian Qualifier). The top 25% of players at the Qualifier qualify for all Continental Championships (European, North American, South American, Australian).

Each Prince may run one Mini-Qualifier. There is a minimum number of 12 players. The winner of that tournament qualifies for all Continental Championships.

Oh, remember that the European Championship in Prague is in September, so schedule the Qualifier soon!
