| So, I put up the pictures - for now. I used a trial version of Vista Photo Gallery which did the bare minimum. Unfortunately since it is a trial version, it stamped all of the actual-sized photos with an ugly watermark. There's a way to get it off I suspect, but I'm tired of futzing with it for now.
Sooo, I updated the cast bio page & the eye-candy "2005 - present" page. I added the following months of pictures:
2005 - June Vegas Con August September October Halloween December
2006 - January June August September Halloween December
2007 - February (Portland bondage show) March June June in Portland August November and a "Random" page
2008 - June October
2009 - February
These are all of the photos I have. I sent Steve an e-mail asking for replacement disks for the missing months. I wish I could get the tile background behind the galleries... but maybe I can, I haven't poked around too hard to be honest. For now, like I said - the bare minimum is done & I feel ok about it.
I also updated my bio page. :p
Deee. Eeeeend.

| As many of you know, my work does the ticketing for the Admiral theater. I just received this message from producer support:
"Hey Colleen, I got a call this morning from Kaney Levine of Farway Entertainment. He said he's taken over the Admiral Theater as of Wednesday evening as the previous tenant was kicked out. Ivan said I should let you know since you do events there."
I don't know what this means for RHPS. I'm just passing on the info...

(X-posted everywhere.)
Edit
Steve has been fired from the Admiral because of shady business practices. Tony is our manager again. If Tony doesn't want to take over RHPS (you know how much he loves us,) there is a woman named Dinah who will be taking over all of the live performances at the Admiral, and she may be willing to take over for us. We're still up and running...
...Best behavior, guys. Conceal your... ah... weapons? Heh.

| Essentially, Steve has lost the bar. (Don't ask how, Ida know.) We're working on it.
Having lost the bar, he has also lost the band. Something about the bar was supposed to make him the money that he needed to supply a mixing board,a PA system, and other things that venues usually provide for their bands.
I have Randy contacting Dino with the Fallouts and Zane from The Consul contacting everyone he knows. I called and left a message for Julie with Salon Emeraude and with Tiphany for everyone to send anyone who wants to perform this Saturday at 9:30pm at a Rocky Horror Halloween party to Steve in order to make arrangements: 206.938.0360. I have no idea what he is capable of offering any performers, they need to take it up with him.
In the meantime, we here at Brown Paper Tickets get to contact all 50folks who have purchased tickets for the event and let them know that there will a) likely be no alcohol and b) not be a / the band they had been expecting to see.
Good times! Hey, it wouldn't be an October Rocky show without a crisis.
Just fyi!

| Hi all,
So, Steve, the manager at the Admiral, signed up with Brown Paper Tickets (which, for those of you who don't know, is where Renee, Carley and I all work.) He didn't know that we worked here, so I shot him an e-mail yesterday afternoon saying "hellooooooooo," and he asked me to call him re: the Oct. 27th RHPS.
Details:
He's having a RHPS themed Halloween party from 9pm - midnight. The lounge "should" be open by that point. He wants to get a band in to perform at the party, but he can't find one. I know we're all "people who know people," (lol) so iff'n yer friends are in a band and are looking for a Halloween gig to play, please have them call Steve at 206-938-0360 or e-mail him at admiralcinemas@yahoo.com.
RHPS to follow, of course, at midnight.
w00t!

| Hey all,
Just a note to announce that the Admiral has extended our stage by 8 feet!
This also means that a few rows of seats have been removed from the theatre to make room for our performance space - so get there early to make sure you get a seat!
Don't forget - Catholic schoolgirl theme in honor of back-to-school...
See you tomorrow night!
