All calls are to be titled with to whom the message is being sent to in the subject.
All calls are to have the location from which you are making the call and if it is secured, coded, or monitored the following are to be those:
Secured: (private comconsoles only of the following) Gregor, Laisa, Cordelia, Aral, Miles, Ekaterin
Monitored: All Palace and Vorkosigan House comconsoles as well as Ivan, Count Dono, Elli, Professora Vorthys, Byerly, and any necessary to the plot as it continues
coded messages should be specified when appropriate
