For those who have never been to a HellLab, it's always different and always a unique and memorable all night experience that you will not have anywhere else.
I'm looking forward to checking out everyone on the line up including the Sonic Warriors United tour which brings together djs Denard Henry, Reade Truth, and Darryl Hell for the first time in 16 years.
This will also be the first ZERO TIMES INFINITY show in over half a decade.
For the unfamiliar, Zero Times Infinity is my first live band / experimental industrial project. Starting in 1995, Zero Times Infinity performed hundreds of one of a kind shows which laid the ground work for what I've done in all of my other live performance related projects. What separates this project from others is a pure experimentalist approach and the improvisational chemistry of working with my longest running and most consistent collaborator, Chris Castiglione (see also Ukuphambana).

The answer is DARRYL HELL. If you get my posts you’ve likely seen him spin at a club or perform live. What he has planned for the Circus however is something that I’d be willing to bet you have never seen a DJ do.
When I hear terms like steam punk and surrealism thrown around, the Empire S.N.A.F.U. Restoration Project’s mad world exceeds anything I would expect. Just as sick is what I saw Mike D’Errico do at his senior recital and UNH. As humbling to watch as seeing Einstürzende Neubauten live. Mike D. is a classically trained percussionist who is simply jaw dropping. Marimbas to acoustic kits to electronic experiments to piano to break beats … this guy can blur the lines from hip hop to classical to industrial to jazz to breakcore in ways that I have never seen anyone else do.

Nau-Zee-auN’s 1st show since debuting the first 3D video sample performance opening for Winterkalte, Terrorfakt and Scrap.edx. This will be a debut of new material, the addition of drummer Roland Adams (Battery Cage, Zero Times Infinity, Grenadier), the second performance to use live triggering of 3D video sampling, and many surprises that make this a special and unique show.
Nau-Zee-auN is a multimedia industrial band that has collaborated with or remixed countless acts including Merzbow, Genesis P-Orridge (Throbbing Gristle), and Terrorfakt.
The Vomit Arsonist will also be putting on a rare show using a Arp 2600 and being joined by Clint Sand (Synnack, Cut.Rate.Box) and yet another surprise collaboration.
This is just a taste of what’s to come at the Multimedia Circus.

C.I.R. is an excorcism of 30 years of personal demons, culminated into rape, schizophrenia, religious fanaticism, and various forms of emotional torture. The four songs were recorded live in front of a small audience in Boston, MA. A truly uncomfortable and haunting experience, utilizing sound collage, Boyd Rice inspired delays, militant percussion, and wall of sound PE.

We've been quiet which as usual means that we've been busy.
http://www.nauzeeaun.com has been rebuilt to symbiotically work with our Myspace and Voidstore pages.
We are finishing off the last 2 songs for Nau-Zee-auN's debut album FIRST BLAST which will be very selectively shopped to labels. A sneak peek is on the free compilation You Are Here: a Compilation of Massachusetts Electronics (vol.1) with an abridged version of one of the album's tracks.
We are working on our next performance which will be the first official show including our two latest additions to Nau-Zee-auN, Josh Langburg of Negativetime who was the live engineer at the Winterkalte show in Lowell, and Roland Adams who has been a member of Zero Times Infinity, The Hawiian Shirt Mafia, Battery Cage and Grenadier among others.
We are seeking an appropriate venue for a Sringtime show in the Boston area with a target date of Saturday April 25th and potential to play with one of my favorite Boston bands.
