ABOUT:
Vogue_Challenge is an icon challenge community. Whether you're a professional maker or just a beginner, submit your icons to the challenges. All different celebrities are incorporated inside Vogue; from Britney Spears to Brittany Snow.
RULES:
#1. Icons must be 100x100 or less, 40kb or less, & must be in png/gif/jpg form.
#2. All challenges will start on a Sunday.
#3. You will have 6 days (until that Friday) to submit 1-2 icons using the provided guidelines (certain pictures, lyrics, etc.)
#4. Voting will be on Saturdays & Sunday, a new challenge will start, along with declaring the winners.
#5. If you like an icon & want to use it, you must ask the maker first.
#6. Do not post your icon anywhere else until the challenge is over.
#7. You are only allowed to win in one category, so if you win both 1st and 3rd place, you are only awarded 1st place.
