It's a breath of fresh air, isn't it? So cold that your lungs can hardly take it. A reflection of serenity.

Before the war, Riefenstahl chiefly made Arctic adventure films; I wonder if any of them were filmed there? During the war, the Germans maintained a weather station there which the Allies constantly tried to shut down, but they never succeeded in catching them. That could be made into a very beautiful film, if anyone wanted to.

I know - the "mountain film" genre, so spectacular and the stunts were beyond belief - but I believe they were filmed in Germany and Switzerland. By the way, the photo you commented on is the closest to my heart of those I posted today. That's fascinating about the weather station, I did not know that. (PS - this icon of yours always makes me confused - am I addressing Mr or Mrs Malkhos, please?)

This is a superb DVD, the transfer is excellent -

SOS Iceberg is the one that could possibly be set on Sptisbergen.

The gender of the poster the same as that of the figure in the icon.

I know. I suspect you are the Master of the House? Yes, you are. Rent or but that DVD is you haven't viewed it yet - you're in for a visual treat.

He thinks he's master of the house, but every time he dares to disagree with me, all I have to do is say, "Who's queen?" and the disagreement is settled! :)

He's always encouraged me to create a Live Journal of my own, but I know I wouldn't keep up with it as I ought to. The journal here is more or less his with my occasional contribution.

Just as it should be! ;) I get the feeling you are a very attractive couple - a supremely feminine woman and a manly man. Sometimes I wonder what you look like, connoisseurs of beauty as you are.

She's certainly extraordinarilly feminine; especially the long red hair. People are constantly touching it (women mostly), as though they were the woman who touched Jesus' robe in the crowd so that he felt some divine power go out of him; as though they could pick up by sympathy some of her power.

As for pictures I don't think you'll ever see any posted here, but when she was 17 she must have looked just like Klimt's Danaae; I look just like the received image of Sokrates.
