How can anyone resist this cat? I love the second picture -- I think of it as his I am Ra the sun god! Stop rubbing my tummy! look. Earlier, badcat42077 and I were emailing, and I brought up how much I dread saying goodbye to him. She said, Sparrow's got a bit of Gleep to him - that "dignified goober" routine is pure Geepness. And she hadn't even seen that picture yet!

My poor boycats get all the burden of playing mom to the kittens. (Magdot, Minerva, and Tatters don't play that game!)

Serenity has attached herself to Sebastian (no enormous shock there -- Tytotic Tiamese Tiblings gotta hang together. But it's not only Serenity -- Swann (the black girl, Elizabeth Swann after the Pirates of the Caribbean character) walked up to him last night and demanded love, so he held her down and gave her a bath.

Monday night, Lucifer and Gleep were asleep on the back of the couch. Sparrow WOKE THEM BOTH UP to demand some loving. He got them both to lick on him for a while, then Gleep fled and left Lucifer to deal. (Which he did. He's a good boy.)

But nothing can beat Sunday night on the couch. Look at the pile on Gleep!

When I'm home now, the kittens have the run of the apartment save for the kitchen area. Serenity usually bolts upstairs and displaces Sebastian from underneath the bed, but she comes downstairs when she's ready to go to sleep for the night. Last night, the other 3 kittens and I were happily ensconced on the couch, and she came downstairs and joined us! Granted, she was on the other end of the couch as far away from me as she could get, but she napped with us! And look how pretty she is when she's sleeping!
