| Octuplet grandfather on Oprah |
[20 Feb 2009|01:20pm] |
the article
"Now I'm no psychiatrist, but I question her mental situation," he said, adding that both his daughter and her fertility doctor were "absolutely irresponsible" to allow her to become that pregnant.
Also, apparently 3 of her kids have special needs. Which should make raising them on welfare even easier, not to mention the extra time they'll need from her.
Sadly, the grandfather leaves off with this gem...."I say to everybody now: People, we do need help. Do not punish my daughter for what she had done and and do not punish the babies, because they were given by God."
yeah, God, and a souless corporation willing to do anything for money.

| Some general questions |
[16 Feb 2009|04:42am] |
I ask the members of the community to clarify/explain a few things for me, since the basic premise of the VHEM is very unorthodox considering what is considered to be normal human behavior.
What I understand so far just with the slight reading I've done is that you don't want anybody to have any children in order to allow Earth's natural ecological system to progress and grow without our environmental interference. However, is there a justification for removing humans from the equation? Undeniably it would be good for the environment and for ecosystems the world over, but didn't we earn the privilege to exploit the environment by first discovering how to do so? The damages done to the environment could be assessed through the lens of how it impacts humanity rather than the ecosystem as a whole (which we are currently doing), but why should it be assessed differently? We overcame other predators a long time ago and possessed the intelligence to harness the environment for our own benefit; since that is what happened, shouldn't it remain that way? Why does the ecosystem as a whole outweigh our collective selfish desires?
Another point I don't fully understand is the mentality that those who choose to have children believe that they aren't contributing to the problems in the environment. Although that kind of escapism may be true in some cases, isn't it technically their right to have as many children as they wish? I believe that the choice of not having a child is an interesting one, but that the scenario that you envision (the eventual removal of humanity from the ecosystem) isn't honestly worth depriving someone who wants to have a child. Balance in the ecosystem is a good thing, but humanity has earned its place as the overlords of the earth and ultimately deserves to milk the earth until there's nothing left.
Again, these are my current opinions, but I want to know why (and if) I should believe otherwise. :)

Octuplet mom was treated at Beverly Hills clinic By SHAYA TAYEFE MOHAJER, Associated Press Writer. (Snagged from SFgate.com) Monday, February 9, 2009 The mother of octuplets was implanted with those embryos at a Beverly Hills fertility clinic run by a well-known — and controversial — specialist who pioneered a method of implantation. Dr. Michael Kamrava's name emerged Monday as a result of an interview aired Monday on NBC with Nadya Suleman, who gave birth to eight babies Jan. 26 Over the past two weeks, the identity of Suleman's fertility doctor has been a source of great mystery because of questions over the ethics of implanting numerous embryos in a woman who already had six children. Kamrava, 57, would not comment on the issue, but told reporters outside his clinic on Rodeo Drive that he had granted an interview to one of the television networks. When asked to provide more detail, he said, "Watch the news." Without identifying the doctor, the Medical Board of California said last week it was looking into the Suleman case to see if there was a "violation of the standard of care." The medical board said Monday it has not taken any disciplinary action against Kamrava in the past. In the NBC interview, Suleman did not identify her doctor by name, but said that she went to the West Coast IVF Clinic in Beverly Hills — of which Kamrava is director — and that all 14 of her children were conceived with help from the same doctor. In 2006, Los Angeles TV station KTLA ran a story on infertility that showed Kamrava treating Suleman and discussing embryo implantation. Kamrava graduated from the University of Illinois and went to medical school at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, according to state records and his Web site. Some fertility specialists said Kamrava is a controversial figure in the field. "He's tried some novel techniques and some of those methods have been controversial," said Dr. John Jain, founder of Santa Monica Fertility Specialists. Jain criticized the decision to implant so many embryos, saying: "I do think that this doctor really stepped outside the guidelines in a very extreme manner, and as such, put both the mother and children at extra high risk of disability and even death." ...
( Read more... ) The selfish bitch already had SIX fucking kids! Plus it sounds like she wants nothing to do with the father. Dear lord I feel bad for her mother having to take care of all those endless consuming mouths. Does she really think that they will all get equal love, attention and proper education?! Plus she's already on food stamps, why the FUCK do my taxes have to support that bullshit?! Fucking selfish whore. Vagina; its NOT A CLOWN CAR! Sheesh.

Octuplets Born in California Hospital Breathing on Their Own By Chris Dolmetsch Source: http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=20601103&sid=apM1Ie9VsT00&refer=us
Jan. 28 (Bloomberg) -- The octuplets born at a hospital outside Los Angeles two days ago, the second set of eight babies ever delivered in the U.S., are all breathing on their own, doctors said.
Two of the infants had been on ventilators until yesterday at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Bellflower, California, about 22 miles (36 kilometers) southeast of Los Angeles, the hospital said in a statement posted on its Web site.
Doctors have started efforts to try feeding four of the babies, the statement said. The six boys and two girls are still in incubators and will be hospitalized for several weeks.
The octuplets were born nine weeks prematurely to a woman who hasn’t been identified, according to the hospital. The infants, who weighed from 1 pound 8 ounces (680 grams) to 3 pounds 4 ounces, were delivered by Caesarean section by a team of more than 50.
Doctors were surprised to find an eighth baby, after spotting seven on ultrasound scans. The hospital didn’t say whether the mother had used fertility drugs.
Preliminary research shows it is only the second time octuplets have been born in the U.S., the hospital said. The first U.S. set was born in Houston in 1998, according to the Associated Press. One died after a week and the other seven celebrated their 10th birthday in December, the AP said.

...octuplets. Sweet Buddha on a unicycle, what the freaking frack? And "The hospital didn’t say whether the mother had used fertility drugs." Oh yes, that is such a mystery, because octuplets happen NATURALLY all the damn time!
Scuse me, I'm gonna go puke now, because I already know that these people are going to be on Oprah very soon, begging for the staggering amounts of money it's going to take to fund their ridiculous, resource-gobbling, overpopulation-promoting FAMBLEE.

Genocide for animals is A-OK.
The first thing that pisses me off is that humans were actually arrogant enough to brute-force "fix" a problem by "removing" (killing) all the cats off the island. And now, as if they haven't learned their lesson, they're just going to "fix" the resulting over population of rabbits by poisoning them all to death too.
Furthermore, if anyone even mentioned killing off a group of humans for the betterment of a social ecosystem, they would get shit stormed with zomg genocide this and Nazi that. But innocent adorable cats and rabbits are just "dumb animals" for human commodity.

| Spokesperson in Chicago area? |
[17 Sep 2008|06:12am] |
Several Volunteers and Supporters contacted me about talking with print, voice, and video media, which will be great when I'm asked for a local spokesperson in those areas. The more the better, of course.
Now a reporter for a Chicago college newspaper wants to talk with a VHEMTer to add a local voice to his interview with me. Anyone willing to answer a few questions by phone or email?
If so, please contact him soon at: Steven Schnarr sschnarr[at]chroniclemail[dot]com
Thanks, Les

| Nomenclature: A War of Words |

The way it IS:
The American Political Party =
{The Republican Party and The Democratic Party}
They are the same people playing divide and conquer on the population by using
false opposites
-they're pulling right, and they're pulling left- {?yet they both want the same thing -the best for you-}?
Let us use the Terminology
The American Political Party
to describe the Conglomerate of Politicians
Who knock out all other competition with massive amounts of money
and then act like it's okay to call life one big Party
with our Hard Earned Money.
They may be actors, and having a great time, although
all the scenery and makeup is making the ocean polluted
really, let's get some priorities here
ATWA
-Thank You- for your diligent consideration and understanding
